4 After completing the Activation application screen, your pass codes will be sent to you via Simply enter the Login, Refrence and Password codes as supplied. Click on the Submit button to enter the InstantFreight web active data process

5 Direct Order Entry Via The Web The Place Order selection (and default), allows the customer to directly enter order details in a few seconds. Previous shipper and consignee information is available on screen immediately after your order is accepted

6 Direct Order Entry - Selection Note how previous shippers and consignees are available for loading on this order Note the Ship/ Cons selection at the top of the entry. This identifies whether the chosen location is shipping or receiving

7 Direct Order Entry - Data Entry All essential data must be loaded before the order will be accepted Missing data will flag the operator to advise of the problem

8 Direct Order Entry - Complete As soon as all required data is entered, the Submit button will process the data. If acceptable, this screen will appear. Note the price is available on screen Accept to process this order through the system

9 Direct Order Entry - Accepted The following screen displays the final order In production, most users print this screen for reference and for the courier.

10 Tracing Order Details Order tracing is a breeze! The scan displays the most recent orders. To locate, find the date of your shipment, then locate via consignee/ pieces weight More orders are available by viewing the next page

11 Order Scan and Details Line details of orders are displayed The scan displays brief details of recent orders There is a link on the order reference# By clicking on this link, The order details including POD information is available

12 By selecting the Pro# link, the details of the order are displayed Image and Mailing Inquiry links allow further specific details Order Details

13 Image Of Delivery Detail For Proof of delivery or signature information, an electronic image can be both viewed and/ or sent via to the recipient of the users choice. Default address is the system administrator

14 Within a few hours of the delivery being signed for, the image is captured electronically and made available for the customer to view or send as an to his/ her choice of destination Delivery Image

15 Profile/ Accounts Selection The web user has full access to modify many functions available on the same day Courier package.

16 Accounts Functions and Update The Web Courier system allows the customer to request delivery details to be sent via s to the entries next to the services. Blank for none To make changes, the system access password must be entered prior to accepting and UPDATE

17 All shippers and consignees previously used for this customer can be used in the orders. Under this list, these addresses can be excluded from the display by clicking the Ignore flag Customer List

18 In Town Rates Table Rates are set by service level and location. Additional charges are applied for van, dangerous goods etc Details shown here relate to location areas and the service levels available for that area.

19 Truck Rates Table Rates are also applied for truck service. Again service level and location define the rates. Details shown here relate to location areas and the service levels available for that area for trucks.

20 Out of Town Rates Table Rates outside of the regular service area are covered by rates by distance These are set at direct and the regular or customers rate are set per kilometer Costs are available by selecting the first letter of the city required
