1 Based on the ports corporation board of director s decision to cancel the service charges of the vessel s agents at Aqaba port no: (24) Year The Board of Jordan Shipping Association according to article 5 -A from the bylaw to execute this tariff as from 01/08/2007. Article 1- These instructions called (Instructions of service charges for vessel agents at Aqaba port to year 2007) Article 2- (A) with due consideration to the provision of article (6) of these instructions, The Vessel Agents/Shipping Line Agent shall charge the following on all cargoes discharged or loaded at Aqaba port as follows : No Kind Collection unit Service Charges JD Fils 1 Live Animals (sheep) Other live animals Steel and Plywood and Bagged Cargoes 3 a) Refrigerated Cargoes and Frozen Ton (1 Kg) 500 Ton (1 Kg) 700 b) General Cargo c) Heavy Lift d) Project Cargo 4 Imports Containers b) Container (30 Feet) and above 5 Exports Containers b) Container (30 Feet) and above 6 Refrigerated Containers import & export b) Container (30 Feet) above Ton (1 Kg) Ton (1 Kg) (measurement ton)

3 C- Vehicles & Trucks not a Self- propelled Up to 2 ton Above 2ton-10 tons Above 10 tons D- Heavy LIFTS/MILITARY Tons Above 30 Tons * Cargo loaded on top of the Cargo charged according to the above tariff When goods are on consortium, the discount is 50% 2-When goods are reserved between 2 shipping lines, the discount between agents becomes 20%, provided the booking line shows as shipper and his agent as consignee. 3-Transshipment Cargo: No agency fees 4-Amendment fees are 40 JD / per documents. 5-Amendment fees between agents are 25 JD / per documents. 6-DO: Delivery order is for 5 JD; Delivery order between agents is for 3 JD. (B) A 30% surcharge are made on mentioned charges stated in provision (a) of this article if the discharged or loaded cargo are dangerous or explosive or flammable at all kinds as per the adopted rules by the International Marine Organization.

4 Article 3- The Vessel Agents/Shipping Line Agent shall charge the following additional charges: a- JD 5.00 as issuance fees for each delivery order. b- Between Shipping Agents member the shipping Agents will collect the sum of 25JD upon the request of the receiver or his representative to amend the manifest or Bill Of Lading after the arrival or departure the vessel. c- The Shipping Agent will collect the sum of JD (40) upon the request of the receivers or his representative to amend the manifest or Bill of Lading. d- Marine Agent Service Charge JD (20) for FCL containers incoming to Aqaba for using the (20 Feet) container, and JD (30) for (40 Feet) container incoming only. e- Marine Agent Service charge for issuing Bill of Lading for export JD (10) for each Bill of Lading. f- Reefer monitoring charge (for live reefer boxes) JD 20.00/Box g- Aqaba Logistic village (ALV)Attendance fees (for boxes to be stripped/stuffed at ALV : 20.00/box

5 Article 4- Joint container LCL: The Shipping Agent will collect agency fees as per weight/consignment measurement which calculates more as per schedule. - Minimum charge for (1) Ton or (1) M 3, JD (10) - After that to add JD (3) for each Ton/ M 3 or part of Ton. - Delivery order fees JD (3) for each delivery LCL Article 5- A- (Between Shipping Agents Members in the Jordan Shipping Association) the vessel Agent or supplier Agent will collect the following fees from the Shipping Line Agent in case of loading or discharging container belonging to the Shipping Line which they represent or in case of Shipping Consortium. No Kind Collection unit 1 Agency fees for FCL & LCL import Containers b) Container (30 Feet) and above 2 Agency fees for FCL or LCL export Containers b) Container (30 Feet) and above 3 For issuing cargo D/O fees for each delivery order Service Charges JD Fils B- The Agents of the feeder vessel has the right to collect the sum of JD5 for each imported 20FT or 40 FT containers as agency fees from the Shipping Line Agent of the line.

6 Article 6-1-The charges referred to in article (2) of these instructions shall be reduced as follows if the minimum charges are JD for each consignment. 2-(50%) of service charge stated in articles (2&3) of these instructions for goods imported directly, or indirectly, by the government and Armed forces, except what is stated in clause (8) from provision (a) of article (2) of these instructions. Article 7- The Board of Directors of Jordan Shipping Association will review these instructions if needed. This tariff applies as from
