Žitná Plant Focus on sheet metal products KASPER KOVO s.r.o. was founded in 1992 and today it comprises of two production sites located in Trutnov (Žitná and Elekrárenská Plants). The parent plant Žitná is a modern engineering company that focuses on small-scale production range of products from sheet metal components to complex machines, including final assembly. This profile brings in great demands on logistics and production flexibility, which reflects in production management system aiming at meeting the highest customer demands in terms of quality and supply flexibility. Technological equipment of the companies corresponds with the latest standards of sheet metal processing, from cutting and welding to surface finish. At the same time there is a process of continuous staff training and continuous process improvement in order to ensure full use of these advanced technologies so that our customers obtain the optimal quality and price ratio. Processing of precious metals (stainless steel and aluminium) is separated from the production from standard steel in terms of technology and internal production logistics so as to fulfil the ever stringent demands of the food and pharmaceutical industries. The Žitná sheet metal processing plant has a very wide range of products and services to ensure the maximum cover of customer requirements of a broad portfolio of customers from various industries. Product range therefore spans from sheet metal components through weldments up to completely assembled machines. Services related to the development and product cost optimization and ensuring of complete logistics worldwide are taken for granted, too. The main sectors the products are intended for are the food industry, production of buses, production of machine tools, air filtration and energy industry. The products are aimed at customers worldwide. The main focus is on Western Europe, but many deliveries head to North and South America and Asia. Elektrárenská Plant Customized pressure vessels The second KASPER KOVO s.r.o. production site is the Elektrárenská plant that offers full development and production of pressure and non-pressure vessels made of steel, stainless steel and aluminium while meeting most of the existing internationally recognized standards such as ASME, GOST etc. This plant, which was incorporated into the company in 2011, is a major KASPER KOVO development base in terms of new orders and employment. Part of the plant are three separate production sections that meet the demands for a separate material flow, i.e. separation of stainless steel and aluminium from the standard steel product range. Technological equipment for the manufacture of pressure vessels covers all necessary processes from stamping of heads through manual or semi-automatic welding of vessels to the modern line for the final finishes. All support, management and inspection processes are set according to international standards for pressure vessels production. The Elektrárenská plant is certified according to EN ISO standards and according to the standards for rail vehicles CL , furthermore according to ASME, GOST, DNV, Bureau Veritas and marine register LR and ABS. Design and quality for contemporary architecture KASPER DESIGN s.r.o. offers products with original design and high quality workmanship for both home and commercial and public spaces. These accessories are made of stainless steel or aluminium created in collaboration with top Czech designers. The exclusivity of these products is given by small batch production with the possibility of customization. KASPER product range is aimed at individual customers with high quality and design demands and corporate clients looking for furnishing of business centres and public spaces. Quality and timeless design are essential for lasting use of these products without the need of substantial maintenance The range of products includes mailboxes, planters and outdoor grills. Besides the standard range we also deal with individual customer modifications according to the client (e.g. planters of specific dimensions). Besides this standard assortment, we also deliver project solutions of building equipment such as staircases, stainless steel tiling and pool technology. The unifying feature of these products is stainless steel, which is often supplemented with glass elements so as to create a modern and clean solution. 6 KASPER cz s.r.o. Wood has style KASPER CZ is a leading Czech manufacturer of wooden structures, which has one of the most modern plants in Europe. It is engaged in the production of wooden roof structures with nail plates, roof trusses, atypical wooden structures and wooden buildings. The company advantages are the top professional level of its staff and high emphasis on quality. Family houses, buildings, atypical solutions of technically demanding load-bearing structures, supermarkets and sports halls are great references of the company. The company also cooperates with foreign partners in the supply of glued laminated timber. In its more than twenty-year history, the company gathered a lot of experience, having developed high-tech facilities, built a stable team and earned a reputation of a reliable business partner.
