3 Who we are DALEKTRON has been in business for nearly 40 years! Our name stands for quality of our products and services. since 1980 We were one of the first enterprises to distribute thermal transfer label printers in germany. When the EAN bar code was initiated in Germany we began with the offer of consultations and sales of suitable scanning systems. Code solutions from planning to the realization are still in the main focus of our business today. Since 1998 DALEKTRON is producing adhesive labels. Selling labels is the one thing, helping a customer in a precarious situation is another. Speed and reliability is our motto. Economy and competitive ability are the main factors for our customers. To apply labels by hand often does not meet requirements of the modern production process. We are planning, constructing and building fully-automated labeling systems which are tailored to the needs of our customers.

4 The Internet offers many cheap solutions - DALEKTRON offers high quality brand products plus the corresponding services and solutions. Our programmers realize customized solutions or integrate standard solutions into industrial environments like SAP. Our toll-free hotline answers your questions concerning hard- and software. Training courses are being held in our own facilities, optionally our specialists can do the training at the customers locations. Regularly our technicians are doing maintenance and repair jobs at customer locations. DALEKTRON also offers contract label printing specified to customer demands and preprinted coloured labels in whatever shape you wish. Your desire for technically and economically best products was an incentive for us, which was now even rewarded. 2014: Our fully automatic labeler MCA 3500 was awarded the Innovation- Prize-IT in the category INDUSTRY & LOGISTICS. 2015: Our semi-automatic labeller for cylindrical products RHE 500 gets the Industry-Prize in the category PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY & MACHINERY. 2016: Two of our labeling solutions won a prize. Our fully automatic labeler for cylindrical products RHE 6000 is awarded the Industry-Prize in the category of PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY & MACHINERY and our semi-automatic labeler for cylindrical products RHE 600 receives the Innovation-Prize-IT in the category INDUSTRY & LOGISTICS. 5 What we do Label manufacturing On different types of machinery we are producing standardized as well as customized labels. 6 Thermal transfer ribbon We deliver thermal transfer ribbons in all sizes and qualities, different colours also. Some qualities are highly resistant against fluids, scratches and aging. Handheld scanners classic or wireless, for standard and 2D-Code Unattended Scanning Systems for permanent installation in production lines, high reading rates and durabilitiy Portable data collectors ruggedized small computers with inbuilt scan engine and various operating systems Label design software We distribute different types of labeling software to match every possible customer demand such as e.g. integration into SAP systems, usage of various types of database solutions like Excel.

9 Services We provide service and maintainance in our workshop as well as on site at our customer s place. Further on we provide training courses at our own facilities as well as in other locations. Our service also includes our toll-free telephone hotline. Printing services We print on every kind of label using customer-specific data such as: - bar codes - serial numbers - product identification labels with variable data - warning signs - graphical designs - integration of database information
