WOOD PROCESSING INDUSTRY We are present in both the chemical and mechanical wood processing industries where we deliver conveyors and conveyor systems for various parts of the processes. In pulp and paper production our conveyor systems are used for the handling of, for example: wood chips; bark; pulp; paper filler and pigments; limestone; and recovery boiler ash. Different types: Double screw, paddle screw, airlock screw, vertical screw, cooling- and heating screws are available. Elevator For lifting material vertically upwards. Elevators are available for different fuel and material types up to 60m height. Chain conveyor Will be able to convey the material even in 40-degree steep inclination. Cooling and heating types available. Pre-steaming screw Pre-steaming/impregnation of wood chips. Laitex design! Special Screw conveyors Metering- and feeding screws for different materials. Diluting screws mixing chemicals and materials. Rotary valve For dosing material flow. In the fuel feeding line a possible back fire can be blocked by Laitex Rotary valves. Different types available.
