We design and fabricate your engineering needs, handle, secure and supervise cargo, chartering marine vessels and performing heavy lift engineering as necessary. We ll also manage domestic and international road freight both in and out of gauge, and take care of import and export customs management as part of our worldwide service. Pollisum operates a comprehensive fleet of heavy cranes with our crawler cranes, all-terrain mobile cranes and rough terrain cranes to meet the demands of modern day projects. Attending to each of the critical factors of heavy lifting in detail with engineered rigging studies performed to ensure maximum safety and efficiency. Objects are also weighed and their centers of gravity are determined with careful planning drafted to ensure that lifting operations fit the overall project plan and contribute to optimization of project timings. Our lifting professionals realize execution of the plan according to the highest safety standards and this approach shortens project times significantly, helping customers to get their plants up and running as early as possible and thus reducing their downtimes.

6 MULTIMODAL TRANSPORT Pollisum has a wealth of experience in designing global logistical solutions for the multi-modal transportation of oversized and heavy cargos hence we can meet all your global logistical requirements, no matter how challenging the project. With a young fleet of heavy duty lorry cranes, prime movers and trailers with traditional flat-beds, low beds and modular multi-axle, we can tackle anything from the support of single import / export jobs to complete end-to-end projects, including police escort, involving the transportation of complex freight items across continents. We handle, secure, supervise and escort cargo efficiently and ensure every delivery is completed as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.

7 MARINE HEAVY LIFTS & TRANSPORT Pollisum is a versatile and professional company with knowledge and experience in a wide range of maritime services, most notably in the area of heavy lifting and transport on water. We offer a complete service package, which, in terms of its scope, is unique in the maritime industry. It provides for tailor-made total solutions for any maritime challenge that calls for (a combination of) lifting, transport, assembly, regular maintenance, goods storage and transhipment, salvaging, and the combating of calamities or environmental pollution. Heavy lifting on water is one of Pollisum specialisms. We carry out a huge range of lifting activities with the help of our crane pontoons. Examples include hoisting in and removing bridges and bridge sections, laying underwater pipes, transhipping heavy loads, and moving and installing ship sections, and other civil installations. Pollisum also provides heavy transport by water using its own fleet of transport pontoons, pushboats, and tugboats for a large customer base. We ship extremely heavy and voluminous loads throughout much of Southeast Asia.

8 MALAYSIA PRIVATE WHARFAGE Next to Sembawang Shipyard, Pollisum is strategically located at the heart of the Straits of Johor, where we also offer storage and transshipment facilities at our Private Port Facility, which is certified to be in full compliant with the ISPS Code. With a waterfront of 80m (W) x 150m (L) extending out to the sea without any obstructions, we provide the following facilities: Loading and unloading of oversized and heavy machinery and equipment, Berthing and mooring services for barge, tugs and landing crafts, Repairs and refurbishment of barges, tugs and marine structures, Marine hot and cold fabrication works of onshore and offshore marine structures Import & Export Permit and other related marine services. Customers can use our waterfront for their heavy break-bulk cargo and transportation can be arranged with our highly-skilled personnel assisting in these operations.

9 MARINE ENGINEERING Pollisum is well equipped with the facilities, equipment, qualified welders, engineers and technical staff to carry our structural steel fabrication works of all scales. With direct waterfront access, the company s yard is ideal for construction of large and heavy steel structures such as new build and modular fabrication, skids and working shelters. In addition, the business also provides bespoke design solutions to include, but not limited to, structural repairs and renewals, marine electrical engineering, and technical marine management, where we provide high quality welding, inspection and non-destructive testing. A deep understanding of not only the welding processes but the application in the field and in the workshop is critical to providing the required quality end product and within the strict safety regime so important to us, our clients and everyone else. We undertake welding and fabrication projects, including pre-fabrication in our workshop alongside our private wharf, thus ensuring all fabrication work is carried out with the tightest control before shipment and installation.

10 STRUCTURAL FABRICATION In many industries, plants are being constructed at ever-larger scales. The same trend is seen in civil construction projects, where infrastructures continue to increase in size. These changes require that ever larger and heavier objects such as components, prefabricated modules and infrastructural elements. Pollisum provides broad job-to-job flexibility and the ability to create, produce and deliver components to specification on time and within budget parameters. Backed by extensive experience in crane boom fabrication, Pollisum has been engaged to construct a 300ton Derrick Crane on barge which includes a set of 48m length Lattice Boom, Slewing Assembly and other structural components. With highly qualified engineers and an R&D facility capable of designing engineering services to meet your engineering needs. The 150T lifting beam and caged ladders for the rigs are recent examples of our engineering capabilities. Past design and fabrication projects include overhead travelling crane, mobile aerial platform, pipeline transpooling chute, cage ladder, as well as cylinder racks, water tank, sand and concrete buckets.

11 GENERAL FABRICATION Pollisum manufactures cylinder racks as well as sand and concrete buckets which come in standard sizes or custom made to order. The buckets are manufactured according to Professional Engineer certified drawings and supplied with PE tested wire sling at customers request. Our highly skilled management and technical design team keep in constant dialog with the construction sector to ensure that existing and new Pollisum products meet or exceed their customer s needs and specific requirements.
