Most factory air systems are suitable for Air Caster systems, with a requirement of above 80 PSI. Air flow is also important, as an Air Caster system, 3 SCFM per foot of perimiter. Do Air Casters tear or wear out? Airfloat uses 100% urethane with superior wear resistance. Because they re near frictionless, air casters receive minimal wear and tear under normal usage. Will Air Casters work on my floor? Our Air Casters are designed to operate on machine-troweled concrete.
