2 South East Queensland Hauliers (SEQH), established in the 1960s, was purchased by Brett Plummer and his family during the late 1990s. SEQH is a full wharf logistics business offering the following services: Container Transport GP & Reefer Container Storage Warehousing & Distribution AQIS 1.1 Facilities Public Weighbridge Abrasive Sand Distributors Brisbane Port Tyres Tiger Packaging Nepean Landscape & Building Supplies The majority of the container transport work is undertaken around the metropolitan Brisbane area, along with some regular runs north to Gympie, west of the Toowoomba ranges and south as far as Byron Bay. SEQH is headquartered in Hemmant, Brisbane and has additional depots in Toowoomba and Sydney (Penrith). SEQH provides container transport and logistics, as well as container unpacking and warehousing. We have 7,500m 2 of warehousing and bulk storage capacity which are AQIS approved. SEQH operates a large fleet of side loaders, single trailer, B Double, A Double and Road train vehicles. Onsite at Hemmant we operate a public weighbridge, and manage import unpacking and export packing for the Port of Brisbane. SEQH specialises in transporting shipping containers (20 & 40 ft) to the customer s door from the Port of Brisbane. We use state of the art side loaders and trailers to deliver on-time and when agreed. Either on the ground or backed up to a dock, we can meet your requirements. We also specialize in large export shipments using our road train and A Double fleet to make light work of large numbers of containers. SEQH is an innovative company that is always striving to improve the performance and overall efficiency of its logistics operation. SEQH was the first company to develop the PBS A Doubles and in the mid 2000s, SEQH pioneered the industry with new initiative of delivery time slotting.

3 Operational Description We have a strong, efficient hub and spoke model in place to improve the overall time of the job whilst also saving the customer money. From the moment the customer engages with SEQH and places a booking, we take full control of the operation and the risk of delays at the Port of Brisbane Wharf and container parks. SEQH allocates A Doubles to collect containers from the wharf and deliver back to the depot. 4 Logistics Services Container Transport SEQH has a large fleet of over 50 vehicles which includes Side Loaders, B Doubles, A Doubles, Flat Tops and Container Handlers. Warehousing & Distribution SEQH provides container transport and logistics, as well as container unpacking and warehousing. We have 7,500m2 of warehousing and bulk storage capacity which is AQIS/DAFF approved. AQIS/DAFF 1.1 Facilities SEQH also provides full service AQIS/DAFF 1.1 facilities offering Rural Tailgates, AQIS/DAFF unpacks, container and equipment washing facilities and a fumigation pad. Public Weighbridge SEQH has a registered Public Weighbridge at our main office to ensure any bulk load out or intake is recorded with NMI mandated accuracy. We operate a 28.5m Public Weighbridge so we can weigh anything from a box trailer to an A Double (weighing up to 80 Tonne). Our weighbridge dockets can be used for registering a caravan, car or trailer.

We understand that most of our customers are communicating with us on behalf of their customer which makes communication even more imperative which is why we offer our customers the following three options for electronic updates. Option 1: Slot Report This document is sent to each customer twice daily and provides an update of their bookings. We also send the slot report twice daily to serve the purpose of being flexible with our customers should circumstances change regarding the individual bookings. The slot report will include the container number, slot time, delivery address/method/date/time, and the customs status and vessel name. Option 2: Customer Login SEQH offers customers a portal login to access our system to review past history and also live updates so you can keep your customers informed of their bookings at all times. Option 3: Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) What is EDI? Electronic Data Interchange is the computer-to-computer exchange of business documents in an electronic format between business partners. EDI enables us to tailor our approach to seamlessly provide you with the data and information you require without you looking any further from your current operating system. This data is set up to automatically refresh and update your system which saves both time and money compared to the first two options.
