3 ABOUT OUR HISTORY HAL SERVICES LLC is a legally registered limited company with land transport business activities, operating through-out the Middle East countries since 1989 November. We activities, operating through-out the G.C.C countries since 1989 November. Our initial entry in Oman was in the year 1976 under the title of our parent company Golden Desert Transport And Trading company and its activity was completely attached to oil field companies. HAL SERVICES was incorporated under the visionary leadership of Mr. RANI BAHIJ YASSIMINEH, known for his successful business ventures in multiple countries across the Middle East. In the last two decades of operations in the Sultanate we can boast of a proven track record and rich experience in providing oilfield cargo and land transportation services to some of the premiere companies Ever since we are established in Oman,without brake attached to oilfield companies namely Halliburton Worldwide ltd., Dowell Schlumberger ( from 1996 to 2000 ) Weatherford Oil Tool M.E.Oman ( From year early 2012 to transport general cargo, Trucks / oilfield equipments lease on long term rental, Man power supply etc. Recent past from June 2013 we started business in a small scale with Baker & Hughes, We are proud to say that it is due to our commitment in providing specialized and high integrated logistics service to the ever booming oil & gas sector for the past over 25 years has supported us to continue to remain with our service in the oilfield locations regardless of the tough competition exists in the field. We provide quality transport & logistic services through out the Middle East Region. Every truck has IVMS facility to track the vehicle while on long & short distance trips. We got the full contract of Halliburton Worldwide LTD. Schlumberger,Genergy (IPC), Qenergy, OOISS, Abraj Energy services and going strong. Our success story remains and continues with addition of BP Oman Contract

4 To control the field based operations, we have an office, and well equipped workshop and yard measuring 2000 square meter area at Fahud adjacent to customer base to provide fast and time bound services by our technically qualified and experienced staff those who are fully dedicated to execute jobs include foreman, mechanics, auto electrician, driver, mechanical helper,etc.we also keep stand by trucks and towing vehicles to use them on vehicle break down call. STAFF FACILITY Also we have a temporary office and workshop facility at Nimr field areas to provide repair/maintenance to our vehicles/equipments on contract with a full fledged team of Forman, mechanics, auto electrician & mechanical helpers. We have a total number of 340 staff members at different levels including drivers and mechanics. To comply with the rules and regulations of the Oman Government and Petroleum Development of Oman, 70% of the staff is Omani National. FACILITY Muscat We have a well furnished office facility measuring 22,000 square meter area at Misfah Industrial area (Near Oman Cement Company) and 2 close warehouse, We have 2000 square meter yard at Ghala Industrial area.mobile container Ramp facility with enough parking area for the heavy goods vehicles. Also well equippedgarage and spare parts storefacilities is a part of it with experienced mechanics & stores staff. Nizwa We have 7000 square meter yard in Nizwa Industrial area, 1 close warehouse are aareaalong with a comfortablelay down yard, We have a branch office at Al Aqar with experienced personals to control the trucks and shipments plying between Oman and other GCC countries. This office has fully furnished two spacious room make use for drivers/operators to rest and continue their journey. We have a full time PRO at our Aqar office to assist the truck drivers in the event they face problems at the boarder check post.

5 HSE MANAGEMENT Is committed to implement, maintain and continually improve the HSE management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007, awarded ISO on Quality Management System (QMS). The management expects all the HAL drivers as well as if any subcontractor drivers to strictly adhere to the following driving safety rules, regulations and guidelines.

7 We proud to mention here that our exclusive tye up with multination oilfield companies now crossed over twenty five years which we consider as a great recognition and accredition to us towards our un-compromised stand taken in terms of maintaining the quality and reliability of our service letter of appreciation for our service we received from halliberton is attached. We undertake reparation of all kind equipments in our yard which are fresh imported from overseas for respective company jobs as per rop rules and regulations for registerin in oman. We have a branch office at al aqar with experienced personal s to control the truks and shipments plying between oman and other gcc countries. We also have two additional open land space measuring total area 28,000 square meter, one at opposite side of al misfa office and the other at six kilo meter far from office near al maha petrol station on the way to jiffnin. these lands are used for storing the petrolieum chemcilas, park customer owned equipments, vehicles etc. with 24 hours security. In addition to above import shipments from G.C.C countries and overseas are sagregated, off loading and loading being handled by our selves by using our crane / forklifts round the clock. We also have a mobile workshop unit to attend for any breakdown incident to avoid delay in operation. We also have a new land at nizwa measuring 7000 square meters partially in the nizwa industrial area and rest in a strategic location connecting easy access to all important oilfield locations. we assure you all facilities what all required to smoothen the operation make available to oilfield companies within six months time.
