5 You can park for free parking near the hall on presentation of the "Pass Montage". IMPORTANT INFORMATION As part of the extended emergency, Eurexpo imposes a mandatory control system for access to the exhibition grounds during periods of assembly and dismantling only. Each vehicle exhibitor or service provider must be provided with the "PASS MONTAGE" (Downloadable in your online registration area) NO PASS = NO ACCESS TO THE PARK ASSEMBLY PASS IS DIFFERENT FROM THE PARKING EXHIBITOR PARKING CARD Access / Exit: East Gate During the exhibition period, exhibitor parking is subject to a fee (34 HT) for the 2 days of the show. All vehicles must have a unique and mandatory exhibitor parking card to access the halls. How to get my parking card? Parking cards have to be collected: - On the show at the organizational space on Sunday 09/09 from 5pm. - On demand by post mail before the show, ask to contact@sportair.fr IMPORTANT: stops and parking are prohibited on the roads and on the safety perimeters (fire brigade and emergency exits) under penalty of removal and impound by Eurexpo. Heavy Vehicle can park on the retention parking lot. Page 5

10 Free WI-FI will be available during all the trade fair. If you need it, an ADSL line or a private WIFI connection can be provided on your booth: ADSL line: 485 VAT excl. Private WI-FI access: 250 VAT excl. For any inquiry, please contact Sportair: +33(0) For any booth superior or equal to 24sqm, an electricity meter of 3Kw or 4Kw is provided and included on your booth grants (See above table «Services including»). If your electricity needs are superior to 3Kw or 4Kw, an increase is possible and will be charged 68 VAT excl. per extra Kw. For any booth smaller than 24sqm, a power supply is provided by a shared electricity meter (around 1Kw): Thanks to make sure you have an extension cable and/or multi-socket. In the case you require additional power or have particular needs (additional lights, coffee machine, lighted showcases ), you need to order an electricity meter of 3Kw minimum, charged 347 VAT excl. All framing must be the subject of a feasibility study at the Eurexpo Exhibition Park. Depending on the location of your stand, it is necessary to take into account the underframe heights of certain passages and galleries as well as non-elingable areas. 11 Brand banners are permitted in those conditions: - 1 banner higher than 2.40m per booth - Maximum 3.50m High With the exception of exhibitors whose commercial activity is related to this matter. We remind you that goodies and flyers distribution on the trade fair can t be done without a preliminary agreement of the organizer. The action to promote you brand inside the trade fair and increase you visibility on the show is charged 330 VAT excl. (Hostess at your expense). The setting up of posters, posters, stickers... is allowed only on your stand. Remember that wild display inside the fair is prohibited. It s forbidden to drill the boards or the partitions. It s asked to not fix anything permanently on the partitions: double-faced scotch tape, stickers Any damage will be charged 120 HT by pole and 90 HT by board. The height of your furniture is limited at 2.40m on your booth in order to not bother the other booth visibility. Exhibitors and stand builders must ensure themselves removing their structures, packaging and waste. Any waste left on site at the end of the show will be billed. For the disposal of bulky waste please contact the Exhibitors Service Eurexpo at which will send you a quote. To respect the work of every exhibitor, sound system is not allowed during the trade fair opening hours. Page 11

The organizer expressly disclaims responsibility for any loss, damage or theft to exhibitor property. Each exhibitor must carry its own insurance for goods, equipment, clothing samples, video equipment, etc. Exhibitors undertake to take out all the necessary insurance, specially covering the theft of exhibited goods, and risks of all kinds, during the organization and staging of the event for which they hold complete liability and for which the trade fair Sport-Achat shall be held harmless. Please contact your insurance company to subscribe the necessary insurance to cover the theft of goods. IMPORTANT: Watch out for thefts! It is strongly advised to store the stands after each end of the day, to put the textile under cover and to store the valuables in the reserves. The closure of the stand with ribbon and / or the filming of displays or other presentation elements are also recommended. Page 12
