1 User manual for carrier Timeslot booking at WOLF GmbH Version 1.1 August 2015

2 Important ahead: Booking a time slot is only required for at least 4 loading units Modification and cancellation is possible until 17 o clock before the day of delivery (For short-term modifications please inform the Wolf GmbH procurement) Please ensure for an experienced representative in time of holiday, illness etc. Definition loading unit: Unit which corresponds to a ground footprint of a pallet, a barred box or something like that. If you stack several loading units on top of each other the ground footprint remains logically the same, therefore all them together result in 1 loading unit 1 loading unit

3 Registration at Cargoclix Please go to following web link: Wolf GmbH Change to English if necessary If you dont have an account for time slot management then you can create one by clicking here Your account will be unlocked and ready to use the next working day. After receiving the authorization for using the time slot management from Cargoclix, please immediately inform Wolf GmbH with the following mail adress: Only after the allocation of the unloading point and the confirmation of Wolf GmbH you will be able to register on and book a time slot.

4 Registration at Cargoclix Enter your username and password and press Login If you commission a shipping agency: Please hand over your login data to the shipping agency. (If applicable also the latest version of the user manual) The shipping agency books the time slot. Missing data should be signed in by the supplier. (until 17 o clock before the day of delivery)

6 Booking window 1. Select CargoMarket Wolf GmbH 2. Select Location 3. Select a group if the required location is available to choose

7 Booking window The current date will be shown, click here and select your required date Here you see your unlocked unloading points Time slot colors: - darkgrey fields: can not be booked (ramp closed, lunchbrak, etc.) - lightgrey fields: are not bookable yet or not bookable anymore - diagonalley striped grey fields: were booked by other customers - white fields: are bookable

8 Hints for the unloading points Information of the selected ramp: Beginning: At the earliest 21 days before the required timeslot at 00:00 o clock End: 1 day before the required timeslot at 17 o clock Click on the magnifying glass to receive more information about a ramp Attention: The truck driver has to register at the goods receipt at the latest 5 minutes after the beginning of the time slot

9 Booking a time slot Select your required and availiable time slot and click on it to mark it (red frame) LIMIT: You can only book 3 time slots parallel Press the booking icon

10 Booking a time slot Please take note of the hints in the booking window and type in all your data A standard reservation (daily, weekly, monthly) is possible. This can be booked only by the Wolf GmbH. The user must indicate his wish about a standard reservation with the matching data with Wolf goods receipt. (Mr. Zacherl)

11 Booking a time slot If this booking is expected to be similiar to the future bookings, then we recommend to set a profile name (e.g. plate number). Then this profile can be chosen next time as a template. Definition loading units compare to page 2 Save your data

14 Booking a time slot Here you see your booked time slot If you click on the magnifier you can open and change belated booking details of the time slot (Until 17 o clock the day before time slot)

16 Booking a time slot A printable PDF file of the booking is created. The PDF contains all booking data including the Cargoclix booking ID number

18 Booking a time slot Here you can select required information about the your bookings Data can be exported to PDF, XLS or RTF Customize required information for your columns

19 Monitoring Status of the process Status of the process blue : Process hasn t already began Status of the process yellow with number : Certain process takes place at the moment Status of the process green with black edging : properly registration and unloading in the time slot Status of the process green with red edging : Delay of registration (more than 5 minutes too late) Status of the process red : Truck didn t appear at Wolf GmbH at all
