The system approach to the project management used by our specialists consists of: General management and supervision over progress Purchase and supply of full set of equipment, logistics services Design management Fabrication and installation works management Management of commissioning and testing. The Caspian Energy Group of companies is the only EPCI contractor in the Caspian region. We offer to our clients full scope of design, procurement, construction and offshore installation works for fixed and floating production facilities on the Caspian shelf. Project Management Information System (PMIS) of CNRG Group works on the basis of the software modules PRIMAVERA and it provides on-line cooperation of all project participants in spite of their location and status. 1 4

6 Construction division Construction division of Caspian Energy Group specializes in manufacturing of offshore fixed and floating production facilities and commercial shipbuilding. The Caspian Energy Group include three major Astrakhan shipyards: Astrakhan Shipbuilding Production Association (ASPO Main Yard) Lotos Shipyard III International Shipyard. The beneficial geographical position of sites, their proximity to the Caspian Sea and unique experience in construction and technical upgrading of drilling platforms make Construction division optimal for construction of fixed and floating facilities for the offshore exploration and hydrocarbons production. 6

8 Design division CDB Corall was founded in Nowadays it takes leading positions in the design of fixed, selfelevating, semi-submersible and submersible drilling platforms, as well as floating cranes, crane and pipe-laying vessels, and other facilities for offshore oil and gas deposits development. Offshore drilling and production units for the Caspian and the Baltic Seas, Arctic shelf and the Far East including 13 self-elevating drilling units, 7 semisubmersible, 16 fixed production platforms, as well as about 90 floating cranes of tn lifting capacity have been built as per CDB Corall designs. DB Vympel was founded in They generated more than 540 projects, more than 6500 ships and floating engineering facilities were constructed according to the above projects. The legendary design of 5000 tons and tons Volgo Don type cargo vessel, which gave life to more than two hundred of cargo ships, contributes to the history of national river ship building. DB «Vympel» is one of the few design companies which have a station for the ships models testing and 50 meters ship testing basin, equipped with modern metering system and service programs, which provide hydrodynamic tests for self-propelled and non self-propelled ships models and live processing of testing results. 8

10 Service division Service division of Caspian Energy Group is represented by Crane Marine Contractor (CMC) specializing in heavy lifting, transportation and installation services for offshore oil and gas industry. CMC is the operator and owner of a special fleet used for offshore operations.
