General KENYA INFORMAL SETTLEMENTS IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (KISIP) SUMMARY PROCUREMENT PLAN The following procurement plan has been developed for project implementation during the period May 2015 to April 2016 and provides the basis for the procurement methods and Bank prior/post review thresholds. The plan will be updated when need arises to reflect the actual project implementation needs. It covers the three categories, namely, Works; Consultancies; and Goods. 1.
