2 BANK OF BARODA ZONAL OFFICE NORTHERN ZONE NEW DELHI NOTICE INVITING TENDER The General Manager, Bank of Baroda, Zonal Office, Northern Zone, invites sealed Tenders from approved licensed contractors/firm from Bureau Energy Efficiency (BEE) (Govt. India) to carry out Electrical Audit of all the branches and offices in the NCT of Delhi numbering approximately 125 as per Audit Performa given in the Tender Format. The interested vendors fulfilling the following conditions may apply in two Bid System (Technical Bid and Financial Bid): 1. The firm must have its office at New Delhi/Delhi or NCR and should be in existence for the last -5- years. 2. The authorized Engineers of the firm carrying out the Electrical Audit must have a Degree in Electrical Engineering and should be an accredited Electrical / Energy Auditors from BEE (Bureau Energy Efficiency) / Government Body. 3. The firm must have the necessary license / approval from the appropriate authority for carrying out the Electrical Audit / Energy Audit. 4. Agency/firm must have valid Service Tax No. 5. Agency/firm must have PAN No. 6. Agency/firm must be an Income Tax Assessee for the last three years. 7. Agency/firm must have turn over of Rs.5.00 lacs per annum for the last three years. 8. Agency/firm must have executed at least 4 work orders involving carrying out similar Electrical Audit / Energy Audit of office premises in last two years. Page 2 of 10

3 Scope of Work: The work involves visiting the branches / offices in the Delhi/New Delhi & NCR area of the Zone to carry out Electrical Audit as per the Audit Performa given in the Tender Format. A copy of the report duly signed by the licensed Electrical Auditor/ Engineer on behalf of the firm is to be submitted to respective Branch, Regional Office and Zonal Office. Electrical Audit of all the branches/offices must be completed within Twelve months from the date of awarding the contract. The firm should also responsible to submit rectification report after -60- days of submitting the audit report of the respective Branch / Office. Interested vendors may either collect the Tender Forms from the office of the Chief Manager (Security & Maintenance), Bank of Baroda, Zonal Office, 6 th Floor, 16, Sansad Marg, New Delhi , against a payment of Rs.500/- to be remitted through DD/Banker s Cheque in favour of Bank of Baroda, payable at Delhi OR download the same from Bank s website/ and submit a DD / Banker Cheque of Rs. 500/- in favour of Bank of Baroda, payable at Delhi along with Technical Bid towards tender cost. Vendors may submit the tenders only in the desired format, in two envelopes as explained in the tender document, so as to reach this office by 1430 hrs. on Submission of tenders in any other format will not be entertained & will be summarily rejected. Note: 1. The earnest money deposit of all the unsuccessful bidders will be returned within a period of -30- days from the date of opening of the received tenders. However, in case of the lowest/successful bidder backing out from the terms and conditions mentioned in his tender or refuses to honour his tender, the earnest money deposit will be forfeited. 2. Bank reserves the right to cancel one or all tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever. Page 3 of 10

4 The envelope of Technical Bid shall be superscribed as TECHNICAL BID FOR ELECTRICAL AUDIT OF BRANCHES/OFFICES and shall contain the following. 1. Earnest money amount through DD/Banker s Cheque for Rs. 10,000/- in favour of Bank of Baroda, payable at Delhi. 2. Tender fee amount of Rs. 500/- through DD/Banker s cheque in favour of Bank of Baroda, payable at New Delhi (to be remitted only by vendors who download the Tender Document from Bank s website). 3. Information as per the performa MANDATORY TECHNICAL. REQUIREMENT along with attested copies of the required documents from appropriate Attesting Authority. 4. Information as per the Performa GENERAL TECHNICL INFORMATION. The envelope containing Financial Bid shall be superscribed as FINANCIAL BID FOR ELECTRICAL AUDIT OF BRANCHES/OFFICES and shall contain the following. 1. 7 FINANCIAL BID GENERAL CONDITIONS 1. The rates quoted for carrying out Electrical Audit must be inclusive of all the charges i.e. Transportation, Engineer s Fee, TA/DA and any other expenses whatsoever. However, Service Tax if charged must be specifically mentioned. 2. No conditional discount offered in the Financial Bid shall be considered. The Tender with any conditional discount will be summarily rejected. 3. The successful bidder shall have to deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- as Security Deposit, which in the event of not completing the Electrical Audit in the given time period, shall be forfeited. 4. The rates quoted shall be binding for twelve months from the date of awarding of the contract and no increase whatsoever will be considered. In the event of any breach of contract, the Security Amount will be forfeited. 5. Payment shall be made by the respective Branch/Office, within -10- days of the satisfactory completion of Electrical Audit and submission of a copy each of Audit Certificate and duly filled/signed Audit Performa, to the Branch, Regional Offices and Zonal Office. 6. TDS Deduction of will be as per rules.
