OUR MISSION DRONE VOLT, drone manufacturer, has the expertise on development of new technologies based on Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) or Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGV) used for civil applications. With its technical expertise and experience, Drone Volt, located in France and abroad (Denmark (Copenhagen), Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Italy and the USA), specializes in the manufacture, assembly, distribution and sales of professional drones since its creation in Designs, manufactures, integrates and sells remote controlled terrestrial and aerial drones for the commercial market. Provides training, technical assistance, maintenance and after market services. Offers its products and services for the media, security and surveillance, transportation, agriculture, architecture, archeology and topography sectors.

6 Chairman Statement OLIVIER GUALDONI Executive Chairman & CEO WE ALWAYS TRY TO GIVE MORE VALUE & INNOVATION TO THE BUSINESS WITH CREATIVE & EFFI- CIENT SOLUTIONS was characterized by an excellent performance and a major change. DRONE VOLT went from distribution expert for professional and consumer drones to professional drones manufacturer. This transformation was made possible by the creation of DRONE VOLT SERVICES, which offers a wide range of services ranging from aerial photography to high value-added missions such as thermography, photogrammetry and surface treatment. In 2016, DRONE VOLT SERVICES delivered its first services with consulting and technical study missions for international renowned customers. The other major achievement of 2016 is the creation of DRONE VOLT FACTORY. DRONE VOLT FACTORY, designes and manufactures professional drones and has currently a range of 5 professionnal drones, Hercules 5, Hercules 10, Hercules 20, Janus VR 360 and the DV WING and cover the needs of the biggest industries (agriculture, cartography, cinema, data collection, construction, virtual reality, security, surveillance, etc.) I believe that DRONE VOLT has now reached the stage required to be able to redefine its future. I have founded this strong company which may eventually become a leader in professional civil drones. Olivier Gualdoni and I have worked hand in hand over the past 18 months to continue the company structuring. Today, it is time to let the new Management team take over. 10 Our Group The Company is expanding globally and currently covers 13 major territories in Europe and North America: Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland and the United States. The Company has six offices. France includes assembly functions, training, showroom and sales, while Denmark, Canada, Switzerland and Belgium have sales and showroom functions. The office in the U.S. is only used for sales. 10
