HARBOUR OFFICE Operating 24 hours a day, the harbour office is an integral part of river management on the Tees, providing support and assistance for over 5,000 vessels a year. To achieve this, we ve put in place a team of Environmental Champions at each of our operating locations. These teams ensure we continue to adhere to environmental legislation and strive to keep improving our environmental performance. PD Ports introduced its own environmental management system in Since then the business has achieved International Environmental Management Standard ISO 14001, one of the first UK ports businesses to achieve this exacting qualification. WE TAKE OUR ROLE IN THE COMMUNITY VERY SERIOUSLY AND WE RECOGNISE THE POSITIVE IMPACT WE CAN HAVE ON OUR LOCAL REGIONS AND PEOPLE.
