For dealers In case of dealers/agents, Authorized dealer certificate is required from original manufacturer for this tender. In case bids are received from dealer/agent and manufacturer both, bid submitted by dealer will be rejected. A dealer representing more than one manufacturer will be rejected, kindly quote for single make only. SPECIAL TERMS Online bids in two parts are invited for the supply of Measuring Instruments. Scope of Supply Material shall be supplied as per the applicable latest Technical Delivery Conditions (TDC)/ Material Standard requirements/bps/drawing/is and other requirement as given in the Purchase Order. National & International material Standards shall have to be arranged by vendors themselves. Comparison and procurement shall be done for Individual item, i.e. Measuring Instruments where one bidder is found to L1, then for individual quantity PO will be released and bidders have to execute the order what so ever be the quantity and PO value. S2. General Contract Conditions (GCC) These Special terms and conditions and General Contract Conditions (GCC) collectively form the part of tender terms and conditions S3. Loading Criteria Cum Counter Offer BHEL reserves the right to negotiate with L1 or re-float the tender in case the quoted prices are not acceptable. BHEL will not give counter-offer to vendors for this tender except MSE benefits mention in clause no.g12 of GCC of MM Tenders.
