GOODS DOCUMENTS REQUIRED CUSTOMS PRESCRIPTIONS REMARKS Removal goods - EU and non EU citizens Copy of inventory list in English. Inventory list in Hungarian (Your local FIDI agent will arrange the translation). Original hardcopy signed out by the shipper is required. Copy of passport. Power of attorney (authorisation to clear the shipment given by the client to the agent) original Declaration from the shipper on changing the residence and that he/she has possessed the HHG for more than six months. Original customs value of the imported items. Original Employment certificate declaration from the employer at origin indicating shipper s name, job title, employment period with starting and termination dates and full residence address at origin - original Documents which prove that shipper has lived outside of EU for more than 12 months before moving to Hungary (copy of residence permit from origin country, visa copy, copy of utility bills for the last 12 months of residence, copy of lease/purchasing contract). GDPR declaration. Duty free, subject to re-exportation. Customs clearance in Hungary is for indefinite period. Customs accepts supporting documents in English, French German or Hungarian. Alcohol - maximum quantity allowed to be imported: Number of shipments is not limited. Duty free import customs clearance is possible only within 12 months from the relocation date (issue date of residence permit). Important: All required documents must be approved by Customs prior to the arrival of shipment to Hungary. 2 / 7

Duty free request form issued by the receiving Embassy in Hungary with apostil from the Protocol department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
