For the last few years, AGC Glass Europe has moved forward by investing in new service offerings, all designed to help you, our customers, to boost efficiency and gain a competitive advantage in your own business fields. In order to allow you to have full and easy access to this product portfolio, AGC Glass Europe is now proud to present you its online tool Product Catalogue. This Product Catalogue covers our latest AGC offer in terms of product availabilities and mixing guidelines for the following products: Float, Coatings, Laminated, Decorative (e.g.mirrors, Varnished, Matelux, etc.) and Patterned Glass. GENERAL Standard weight: AGC supplies only full truckloads from either AGC plants or from our Regional Distribution Centers (RDC), delivered to one single address. If you need less than 1 truck, AGC has several "Local Distribution Centers" or Distribution Partners, please contact your commercial account. Mixing: thanks to an important development, all standard products can be mixed in homogeneous packs. For safety reasons, the following exceptions apply: Endcaps and loose packs can't be mixed on the same stillage Jumbo and 321*225/255 can't be mixed Commercial conditions: Depending on the market (i.e. export market), some commercial conditions apply for specific products. 3 STANDARD PRODUCTS This Product Catalogue covers our product offering for Standard Products (ST1 or STX). Standard products (ST1 or STX) can and must be purchased by homogeneous packs. Standard products ST1 are available from stock and can usually be dispatched within 24 hours up to a maximum of 1 week ex-works. Standard products STX are available at short notice and can usually be dispatched up to a maximum of 5 weeks exworks. Please contact AGC for precise delivery times. AGC's best estimate and cannot be considered as a binding timing. The lead time ST1 is only valid for products ordered in standard criteria in respect to quality, number of sheets per pack, packaging and production; specific requests will be associated with a standard product STX (available on production up to 5 weeks). Single sheet service for Standard products: the following products can be offered as single sheet in jumbo with an extra handling fee of 200 /sheet as part of a full truck delivery (Maximum 2 sheets per load subjected that the truck payload does not exceed the maximum weight in the country) Float & Pyrolitic Coatings: Planibel Clearvision, Dark Grey, Sunergy Clear/Dark Blue/Grey; Antifog range; Stopsol Supersilver Dark Blue and Stopsol Silverlight Privablue. Magnetron coatings: Stopray Vision/Ultra/Smart, Ipasol (ex Interpane plants) and Energy (all) can be offered. Mixed packs for Standard products (Mirrors & Decorative): ex RDC, mixed packs of Lacobel, Matelux, Matelac and mirrors, including Safe/Safe+ version (up to 7 different products within a single pack) are possible in DLF with an extra charge of 250 /pack. For non-standard AntiBacterial products (Planibel, Mirox and Lacobel) the same mixing rule is applied. Cancellations and modifications : orders can be changed without constraints up to the day before the foreseen loading at noon from an AGC plant/rdc at 11h00 in loose, 48h before in End caps at the RDC. NON STANDARD PRODUCTS (incl. On Request) Some products which are not reported in this Product Catalogue may be produced on demand. The rules are explained hereunder. Non Standard products: are non-standard because of the size, thickness, pattern or colour of the glass. They can be manufactured on request with a lead time that will depend on several factors but mainly raw material availability and production planning. Commercial conditions : In all cases an advance payment of 30% is requested and the glass must be shipped within 4 weeks of production. Lead time varies according to the product. 3 / 5

4 Float & Pyrolitic Coatings : - Size: one specific size can be purchased for any orders > 1 load. The final length must be between 430 & 570 cm *321 for jumbo or 180 & 260 cm *321 for DLF (width is always fixed at 321). - Thickness: specific thickness can be purchased for any orders > 20 loads. Magnetron Coatings: - Size: specific sizes are possible for all coatings on request. If the size is a standard float /laminated size, the minimum order quantity is 4 packs. In some cases, depending on the product, smaller quantities (< 4 packs) may be ordered but a premium price will be due. Please contact your commercial account for complementary information. If the size is not a standard float/laminated size, the minimum quantity is 1 load. - Thickness: the coating is always deposited on a float glass and for some (Stoprays, Energy N) on laminated glass. The possibility of supplying non-standard thickness will therefore vary according to the availability of the float substrate as standard If the thickness is a standard float thickness or a standard laminated assembly, the minimum order quantity is 4 packs. In some cases, depending on the product, smaller quantities (< 4 packs) may be ordered but a premium price will be due. Please contact your commercial account for complementary information. If the thickness is not a standard float thickness, the minimum quantity is 20 loads. Laminated Glass: are non-standard because of the size or the combination (float*pvb). If all the substrates (float, coating, decorative) are standard, the minimum quantity is 2 packs. If one of the substrates (float, coating, decorative) is not standard, the minimum quantity is 1 load. If the thickness of the substrate is not standard (i.e. float rules), the minimum quantity is 20 loads. Mirrors & Decorative: - Size: specific sizes are possible on request. If the size is a standard float size, the minimum order quantity is 4 packs. If the size is not a standard float size, the minimum order quantity is 1 load. - Thickness: The possibility of supplying non-standard thickness varies according to the availability of the float substrate as standard If the thickness is a standard float thickness, the minimum order quantity is 4 packs. If the thickness is not a standard float thickness, the minimum order is of 20 loads. - Colour: AGC offers the Mycolour by Lacobel tool which allows you to order all colors you can imagine. Please consult the specific guidelines. Patterned Glass: are non-standard because of colour, pattern, thickness or size. Please always contact your commercial account or CCC Account Manager who will verify the feasibility of the requested non-standard product. Depending on the industrial feasibility and the roller availability, the following minimum production quantities are required: - For a standard pattern in this Catalogue: specific colour (only Clear) can be purchased for any order 4 loads specific thickness can be purchased for any order 2 loads specific size can be purchased for any order 1 load - Any pattern manufactured by AGC in the past, can be purchased for orders 4 loads. 4 / 5
