3 Report Introduction This report presents a statistical review of the NorthBay Logistics Center s associated regional labor market characteristics. Comparisons to the NorthBay Logistics Center in Vacaville, include select, competing areas of: Sacramento, ; Richmond, ; Hayward, ; Tracy, ; Reno, Nevada; and United States averages, to provide context to the data.
