3 TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Please quote the rates in figures as well as in words. In case of difference between the two, the rates in words shall be treated as final. 2. (a) The rates shall be inclusive of all taxes, duties, overheads and profits etc. complete. (b) The work must be completed within 20 days from the date of issuance of work order. 3. Submission of documents: The agency shall have to attach photocopy of the documents mentioned as under :- (a) PAN Card. (b) Sale Tax Registration Certificate. (c) Attach the technical features/specification of the product/goods as per manufacturer specification. 4. Security Deposit: The successful tenderer shall have to deposit the SD to the tune of 10% of the Bid amount. The same shall be retained for a period of 06 months and shall be returned after getting clearance from the Engineer In-Charge. 5. Warrantee/Guarantee: The tenderer will submit a certificate, declaring that the goods supplied to the purchaser are best in quality and workmanship. It will be new in all respect and also in accordance with the specification of the manufacturer. The Supplier/Seller shall submit the copy of the guarantee/warrantee Certificate to the purchaser. 6. Before Installation, the equipment shall be checked and approved by the Board. 7. Defects liability period shall be one year. 8. In case work done is found of inferior quality, the same shall be re-done by the Agency without any extra cost. 9. In case of delay, a 1% per week shall be levied. 10. Final payment shall be made after satisfactory execution of the work. Contd 2

4 (2) 11. Complaint, if any, shall have to be attended within 24 hours, failing which Rs. 100/- per day will be levied. 12. The T&C of the Tender should be signed by the same authorised signatory on each page. 13. Any additional information required by CBSE in respect of supply of product/goods as per schedule of work must be submitted by the Tenderers on same day failing which, the offer shall not be entertained. 14. The agency shall be bound to maintain the system for a period of 5 years as mutually agreed rates. 15. Incomplete Tender would be rejected summarily without assigning any reason and the decision of the committee may be final and binding on all parties. 16. The tenderers are required to ensure supplies and execution within stipulated period. 17. TERMS OF DELIVERY: (FOR DESTINATION) - The Board reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
