We have directed the development of many Standard Operating Procedures, Personnel Qualification and Certification Programs, as well as Quality Assurance Programs. Personnel Training services may be scheduled at your location or another convenient location. Quality Programs Quality Program Auditing Instructor: Randy Minton Mr. Minton has 28 years of experience in nondestructive testing. Mr. Minton has been with TSP since As a Level III consultant, Mr. Minton has developed and implemented company specific standard operating procedures, conducted personnel qualification & certification programs, and developed quality programs. Prior to working with TSP, Mr. Minton was the Senior Inspection Division Supervisor for Intracoastal Tubular Services. He developed and conducted in-house training programs for ultrasonic, magnetic particle, electro-magnetic, visual, and dimensional inspections.
