The criteria of SPI with maximum efficiency then will be defined. 16 A Construction planning and planning management Construction planning will be prepared by contractor and verified by engineer to ensure technical requirement and timing of the construction. A Checking forms Various type of checking forms will be prepared and distribute to the site engineers for checking. As the result of a master planning for MRT system, two traffic corridors from Benthanh to Cholon and Benthanh to Tansonnhat airport has been recognized as priority lines for MRT implementation. Traffic volume on these two corridors is the heaviest whereas road conditions are poor with narrows streets. Congested residential and commercial along these two corridors cause thousand of people vulnerable to any road widening. Resettlement has become increasingly a problem for any transport and infrastructure along these corridors. The objective of the project is to provide more efficient transport mode for the commuters on this corridor and to study the design criteria, alignment, cost of the project and mitigation measure for the project affected people. The survey and route alignment design shown a total length of these two line was 20.4 km including 10.2 km from Benthanh to Thamluong and 10.2 km from Benthanh to Mientay bus terminal: Section from Benthanh to Mientay has 4.6 km underground line, 5.6 km elevated line with 11 stations including 5 underground stations and 6 elevated stations. Section from Benthanh to Thamluong has 8.5 km underground line,1.1km elevated and 0.6 km at grade line with total 11 stations; 9 stations underground, 1 station at grade and one station elevated. He was assigned for this project from the beginning but the project he work at this time (the ADB-2 for flood mitigation work for highway No.1, section from Quangngai to Nha Trang) has been delayed due to resettlement problems for 7 months. His position has been replaced by other expert, a Doctor of science associate professor from Hanoi Civil Engineering University. After 6 month, the expert from Hanoi Civil Engineering University failed to meet the requirements of project and our engineer had been mobilized for his replacement.
