2 shipments, ocean/rail/truck shipments, and/or air shipments. The following information will get updated to Shipment Notes in addition to printing on the report: In-Bond Shipment: In-bond status In-bond arrival date In-bond export date Ocean/Rail/Truck Shipment: Disposition Action Date and Time Air Shipment (Note: If the Master Bill is queried with request for related information, the House Bills will print on report and will be updated to Shipment Notes; if a House bill is queried with request for related information, the Master Bill related to the House will be returned and the Shipment Notes updated). AWB Disposition Action Date and Time You have the option of updating the tracing files with the results. The Exception Report will only print results for Masters (or Houses) for which there is no entry on the broker s system. Note: When the results are returned from CBP, notes are only written to Shipment Notes if you entered a file number in the File Number field on the Cargo Manifest Status Query screen. Procedure The table below describes the print parameters for this report. ABI-2

3 Field Name Data Entry Description Update Tracing File (Y/N) Enter Y to set up the records processed to update to the Tracing file. Enter N if you do not want the Tracing file to be updated automatically. Entering Y will update Shipment Tracing with the shipment information of all processed records. This field will only display if you flagged the Immediate Update field in Control ID Maintenance with a Y, indicating you want to update the file when the report is printed. [For more information, see the ABI Control ID Maintenance documentation). Listing (Y/N) Enter Y to print the report. If you enter N the records will be processed, but no report will print. For Reprints Enter Y As of Date As of Time Print Exception Report Press ENTER or enter N to skip the reprinting function. Enter Y only if you would like to reprint the report. If you are reprinting a statement, you must enter an as of date. If you are reprinting a report, you must enter an as of time. Press ENTER or type N if you do not want an exception report. Enter Y if you want to print an exception report. You have the option of reprinting records that have already been printed/faxed. The As of Date and As of Time fields allow you to limit the amount of data that will print on the report. The As of Date and As of Time fields allow you to limit the amount of data that will print on the report. If you enter Y a report of Selectivity Results will print for Entry numbers that have no shipment data associated with them. What gets written to Shipment Notes for each type of query The table below details the information that will be returned from CBP for the query. The information will also print on the Cargo Manifest Status Report. Note: When the results are returned from CBP, notes are only written to Shipment Notes if you entered a file number in the File Number field on the Cargo Manifest Status Query screen. ABI-3

If you query a House Bill and requested related information, the related Master Bill information will also be returned. Air Shipments AWB Disposition Action Date and Time For a Master Air Waybill, the House Air Waybill information will be returned. For a House Air Waybill, the associated Master Air Waybill information will be returned. ABI-4
