2 6000 Hndlg Transpt Hndlg Transpt-4050 Arrived by BCN-Rail for EXPORT 6 CFS Stuffing RAIL via Warehouse/Yard This includes all the activities mentioned in 1-A above except that cargo will be required to be unloaded from railway wagons instead of party vehicle and in addition, opening of wagon gates and after unloading, closing of wagon gates. 7 CFS Stuffing -RAIL DIRECT This includes all the activities mentioned in 1-B above except unloading and stacking of cargo in warehouse/open yard. Cargo has to be stuffed directly from the wagons into the container 8 CFS Stuffing -RAIL DIRECT ( Loose Cargo after Sliting of Bags) This includes all the activities mentioned in 1-B above except unloading and stacking of cargo in warehouse/open yard. Cargo has to be stuffed directly from the wagons into the container 9 PACKAGE RATES (EXPORT CARGO) STEEL COMMODITY IN 20' CONTAINERS & RAW COTTON CARGO IN 40' CONTAINERS ( CFS Stuffing Road via Warehouse /Yard - Package Rate), with free time of 15 days ( date of arrival plus 14 days ) for Cargo Storage Unloading & stacking of break bulk cargo;preparation of tally sheet;arranging Customs Examination of cargo;lift off and placement of empty container for stuffing, stuffing customs cleared cargo, Sealing with Customs & CONCOR seals, Lift on and transportation of container to JN Port. Loaded lift off;seal cutting;de stuffing & stacking of import cargo in yard/warehouse, customs examination,weightment of cargo(if required) and shifting of empty container after destuffing and repositioning(transportation) of empty container to nominated empty yards. 23 CFS-DESTUFFING -via W/H, Yard, LCL, DOCK Delivery. Loaded lift off;seal cutting;de stuffing & stacking of import cargo in yard/warehouse, customs examination,weightment of cargo(if required) and shifting of empty container after destuffing loaded on party trailer. 24 HUB Handling Cycle -Imports ( Includes following Operations) i) Import Cycle includes Lift off empty container from private TT, Stuffing of Cargo, Sealing and Lift on of Laden Containers on Private TT or vice versa. 17 CONCOR CFS-DRT Drt/PT/Jan-18/ Date : 20/01/2018 Annex F NOTES TO PUBLIC TARIFF wef : 01 st Feb All cheques/dds/pos should be drawn in favor of Container Corporation of India Ltd. All payments are required to be made in advance. 2. Cheque facility will be given to the approved customers only. 3. Payment can also be accepted by way of RTGS/NEFT in CONCOR Bank Account No , IFSC Code No. HDFC000060, with HDFC Bank at Nanik Motwani Marg, Mumbai. All rates mentioned above, unless otherwise specifically mentioned against the respective weight category, are for Gross Weight up to 30 MT. 5. For all Export containers with Gross weight >30 MT, the additional handling charges will be 410 per MT for 20 and Rs. 630 per MT for 40 containers. 6. For all Import containers with Gross weight >30 MT, the additional handling charges will be 650 per MT for 20 and Rs per MT for 40 containers. 7. For all Import, Export, ICD & DPD containers, a survey charges of Rs 100/- per container would be applicable. 8. For all Containers with Gross weight > 30 MT an additional transportation Charges will be Rs.800/- per Tonn or part thereof per Container. 9. Charges for 22 & 45 will be the same as that of 20 & 40 respectively. 10. LCL import containers containing raw wool or any hazardous commodity will be de stuffed only at the time of delivery, treating date of seal cutting as deemed dated of destuffing for all charges. 11. An additional of the applicable Handling & Transportation tariff will be levied as surcharge on all hazardous cargo. 12. TSC for Import Laden Containers with Hazardous & Live Reefer Cargo will be charged 2.5 times of applicable normal TSC charges. 13. TSC for Import Laden Containers with ODC cargo/consignment will be charged 3 times of applicable normal TSC charges. All laden flat rakes will be treated as ODC and surcharge of 20% will be levied on transportation in respect to normal import/export tariff. 14. An amount of Rs. 5,000/- per vehicle will be collected towards SSR (Special Service Request) Charges for facilitating under hook movement of import ODC containers. 15. Handling charges for ODC/Flat Rack containers will be 1.8 times the normal charges. 16. Transportation Charges for ODC & Flat Rack containers beyond standard dimensions are specified in a separate tariff. 17. Transportation & Handling charges for Normal/Dry Reefer containers and Tank containers will be 20% more than the applicable tariff. 18. Transportation charges for Live Reefer containers will be 2.5 times of transportation charges applicable to normal dry van containers. 19. For Reefer containers, consolidated charges on account of both i.e the plugging and monitoring will be Rs.2,750/- per day or part thereof from the date of arrival till the date of departure ( both days inclusive). 20. For scanning of Dry Van Containers additional transport 1,900/- for 20 containers Rs. 2,500/- for 40 Containers & additional Handling Rs.1,200/- for 20 Rs.1,800/- for 40 containers are applicable. 18 21. For arrangement of Special Cargo Handling Equipment 48 hours advance intimation in writing is required to be submitted prior to stuffing/de-stuffing/delivery schedule. 22. Arrival/De-stuffing/Stuffing dates shall be reckoned to be the dates of individual container s/cargo arrivals/de-stuffing irrespective of the lots mentioned in the IGM/Bills of Entries/Shipping Bills for the purpose of determining of free times as well as for calculating TSC or Cargo Storage Charges. 23. In case, truck is detained in the yard, a parking fee of Rs. 250/- per day per truck/per vehicle /per box(container) will be levied. 24. Mis-declaration of weight of cargo will invite a penalty of Rs 1,000/- per ton or part thereof in addition to recovery of differential charges. 25. Administration 1,500/- per TEU will be levied on all customs out of charged loaded containers arriving from yards located outside DRT CFS for rail movement from DRT. 26. Subject to permission from CFS/DRT-CONCOR, Labeling Charges by Outside Labour will be Rs. 500/- per BOE or per Shipping Bill. 27. In case of Amendments in Bill of Entry(BOE) or Shipping Bill, the charges will be Rs. 250/- per documents. 28. LCL container fully consisting of machinery will be treated as FCL. The delivery of which will have to be supervised by Shipping Lines surveyors. 29. Auction Charges will be Rs. 3,000/- per TEUs, Rs. 6,000/- per FEUs and Rs. 1,500/- per LCL lot. 30. Electricity Connection/usage Charges for the users/operators/s. Lines /Parties etc., for occasional/ minor repairs work, on request basis will be Rs. 1,000/- per 8 hours shift or part thereof. 31. GST will be levied at the prevailing rate. 32. CONCOR takes utmost care to move the Export containers well before the gate cut-off. However, parties are also required to give the movement request at least 2 days in advance excluding the vessel cut-off date. 33. In accordance with prevailing practices, cargos are normally insured from warehouse to warehouse including 60 days transit-storage time. It will be presumed that cargo being received at DRT is adequately insured against all possible risks during storage. 34. Claims will be dealt as per CONCOR claim policy, while the goods are in custody of CONCOR. 35. The tariff is exclusive of Service Tax & other taxes as applicable and also handling charges at Port and other CYs. 36. Shipping Lines should give a soft copy of the IGM in the required format. While placing the JO request of Import containers, a soft/hard copy of advance list may be asked in certain cases depending upon situation. 37. An amount equal to 20% margin over and above the actual levy of demmurage, stabling, empty flats and shunting charges on CONCOR rakes & actual weighment survey charges would be charged. 38. CONCOR would collect 5 % margin over the actual TAC paid to railways for the Boisar Railway Siding. 39. CONCOR would collect 15 % margin on electricity and water bills raised to users. Page 2 of 3
