In 2007 times were ready for a further evolution. With the aim to constantly support our customers in their growth, which often leads to the need to work with very powerful machines, we have created a special Division dedicated to automatic packaging. Our wide range of vertical FFS packaging machines and dosing systems are designed and built with the highest quality standards, certified and with maximum design flexibility. 7 Frog Cantilevered construction and flexible inclination up to 45. Vertical FFS packaging machines Cantilevered machine: all the functioning groups of the packaging machine are placed on a cantilevered frame, so as to ease both the maintenance and the cleaning of the machine. This new concept design avoids any risk of dust and parts of product that could remain inside the structure. Adjustable inclination up to 45 : different for weight, dimensions, fragility products require a different machine inclination. FROG allows to pack different products with one only machine. An extremely easy and soft operation gives you the possibility of many different inclinations up to 45 according to single product requirement. 9 DPCV 2 Semi automatic electronic weighing dosing system for dosing and filling of preformed bags and containers. Weighing and dosing systems Linear weighing dosing systems Semi automatic electronic linear weighing dosing systems. Designed to pack fine and rough granular products. Analogic with vibrations independent control. 2 vibrating channels (1 rough and 1 fine). Available in different configurations as for loading hopper, weighing trays, unloading hopper. Standard is supplied mounted on a floor stand equipped with adjustable in heigth and depth working plane. All parts in contact with the product are in stainless steel AISI 304 standard. 10 DPCVS 1T/2T Automatic weighing dosing system to combine with VFFS packging machines. Weighing and dosing systems Linear weighing dosing systems Electronic linear weighing dosing systems with vibrating channels, designed to automatically pack fine and rough granular products. Functions - weight managing through Siemens electronics with synchronization of weighing control and vibration frequency. Software automatically manages the vibration frequency according to the desired weight in order to obtain the utmost dosing accuracy. Versions - according to the kind of product and required production output, the DPCVS dosing units are avaliable with 1 weighing head (DPCVS 1T) or 2 weighing head (DPCVS 2T). Available also in special counting version, specially designed for bakery products (e.g. bread, biscuits, croissants). Available, on demand, in dimple or PTFE coated plate. 11 Weighing and dosing systems Belt weighing systems DPS 1N - 2N Electronic weighing systems for large volumes and special products. Automatic and semi automatic versions. Electronic weighing systems for filling preformed bags or containers in general, with large volumes products or special products that cannot be managed with linear dosers with vibrating channels. Weight is managed through Siemens electronic, with synchronization weight control and belt/belts in feed speed. Belts are controlled by inverter and their in feed speed is managed by the software. Versions - according to product and required output, DPN serie is available in different configurations: 1 in feed belt. 2 in feed belts (1 rough, 1 fine) 1 weighing head. 2 weighing heads. Automatic versions are supplied complete with floor independent support. 13 GTB Modular system multihead weigher with weighing heads with independent mother boards. Designed with modular system, each weighing head has its independent other board responsible for processing, weighing and driving. This system enables the machine to go on working even in case one weighing head stops forsome reason. Weighing and dosing systems Multi head weighing systems A wide range of models and configurations, ideal for automatic weighing of all bulk products, food and non food, even fragile and frozen, thanks to customized options available. Central loadcell - the traditional photocell is replaced by loadcell to ensure a better and more precise control of feeding sequence from the bucket elevator. High precision HBM loadcell as option, set in each drive/weigh unit to ensure the maximum level of control and precision and guarntee the best stable weigh result. The drive/weigh unit is designed as the independent module. It is designed without cables but with heavy duty quick connector for the most convenient replacement. Program selection - With GTB each program recipe can be stored with names.
