4 High Speed lift & log stacking PFF with 2x16p To keep the lines as close as possible to the folder exits (folder exit facing a wall), a combination of C - and Spiral- conveyors has been used. These special conveyors guarantee a safe and perfect control of the shingled stream, making them first choice for the redirections of high speed streams. The relative movement of the shingled stream (as on flow turns) is avoided preserving the consistency and quality of the shingle. 4

5 High Speed lift & log stacking PFF with 2x16p PFF folder delivery with two streams of cph. One line goes directly to the first RS 36 lift stacker, the second line overpasses the stacker to go to the second RS 36. 5

6 High Speed lift & log stacking PFF with 2x16p Perfect stacks from the RS 36 lift stackers are manually piled down from the delivery tables. The touchscreen display of the stackers makes setup and adjustment of the machine easy. 6

7 High Speed lift & log stacking PFF with 2x16p Superior stack quality at high speeds and with difficult products (thin, flimsy paper) is a specialty of the RS 36. The indexing fork system transports products safely to the turntable. Falling heights are minimized. 7

8 High Speed lift & log stacking PCF 1x32p Log stacker production with RS 610 log stacker and palletizer behind the PCF-Folder. For stack production or for backup purposes the infeed of the log stacker can be underpassed. d Products run into an RS 36 compensating stacker. 8

9 High Speed lift & log stacking PCF 1x32p Behind the PCF folder delivery the shingled stream is transported with high-speed spiral conveyors to the infeed of the RS 610 log stacker. The infeed is fully equipped with a divert gate, squeeze rollers and a stream separation module. 9

10 High Speed lift & log stacking PCF 1x32p The log quality of the RS 610 is continuously high. The stream gapping system makes the log stacker less sensitive to reel changes, different paper qualities, differentc inks and so on. Long transport belts transport the products all the way down to the log building area to avoid irregular logs. Six fingers keep the products safe & stable with all kinds of formats. Logs are built either by length or by count. The log building process is automatic. The RS 610 places the endboards, compresses and straps the log. 10

11 High Speed lift & log stacking PCF 1x32p The automatic log gpalletizer places the logs safely on pallets. Logs can be rotated in the horizontal axis in order to improve the usage of the pallet or in order to match the requirements in the bindery. 11

12 High Speed lift & log stacking PCF 1x32p Perfect logs from the RS 610 log stacker. These compressed high quality logs will support the most efficient further processing on perfect binders and saddle stitchers. 12
