2 MITALI has been established since 2000 and has rapidly become a major supplier of ready-made garments from Bangladesh. 3 OUR FACTORY The factory is situated its own M ulti-storied building with a built floor space of 235,000 Square feet in 5 separated buildings. In building 1 contains Ground floor Knitting, Mitali Trims Ltd. - Offset Print Unit and 1st floor to 5th floor contains Sewing, Cutting & Finishing Unit. In building 1 also contains Mitali Digital Printing Ltd, Child Care & Medical Room and Office Premises. In building 2 contains Open width Stander (Heat Setting), Yarn, Grey, Finish Fabric and Chemical W are Houses also Embroidery, Twill Tape & Elastic Unit of Mitali Trims Ltd. In building 3: 8 Tons Capacity Dyeing Unit. In build ing 4: Utilit y likes Boiler & Generator. In building 5 surrounded by E.T.P and Maintenance and Other Unit. 4 OUR FACTORY Mitali Fashions production facilities are vertically integrated to facilitate all the processes involved in garment manufacture in-house. Be it fabric cutting, fusing, finishing or packing, the company has invested heavily in state-of-the-art machinery to carry out these tasks flawlessly. These investments therefore contribute to higher efficiency in productivity and market for lower costs of production-a benefit that is passed on to the customer. IT integration is a key differentiator of Mitali Fashions from other companies. It is EDI compliant with most of its buyers, and has invested in a customized IT package. This package enables its staff as well as buyers and suppliers to access information they require regarding anything from garment specification to delivery schedules.

EMBROIDARY TAJIMA Multi-Head Automatic Embroidery Machines (20 Head with 12 & 16 color) 2 Units PRINTING With four 100ft tables, glass table 100 X 5 = 2 Pcs, printing section is capable of printing 25,000 pieces of garments. Our qualities are: Rubber, Pigment, Foil, Glitter, Plastisol, Flock print. To ensure proper curing, a fully computerized conveyor dryer, Auto serene binding and Hit press machine has been set up. We used all dyes and Chemical directly by Import or from Dysin. Printing unit s capacity is 25,000 PCs daily.
