11 DAILY MEETINGS SYSTEM - ASAICHI We all know that the most important thing among cooperation is communication. In order to have best internal communication we implemented daily meetings system - ASAICHI Main principles: Operational managers meet every morning 8.45 and discuss current situation, daily goals and problematics; Within 2 hours, all problems reach team leaders' Asaichi meeting with department manager; Department manager raises the problem to the general manager or solves it immediately.

We believe that safety in the roads depends on quality of the driven equipment. That s why we are investing in maintenance management: 2 service centers: in Vilnius and Šiauliai Scheduled maintenance of truck, trailer and refrigerator units Checks of cooling unit before and after the trip Temperature mapped trailers are dedicated for pharmaceutical cargo
