11 INWARD CARGO HANDLING FCL - HFZ Time Duration: From Collection of DO to directing to pre-assigned dock & unloading 14.5 HOURS Receiving duly endorsed BL / Invoice / Packing List from Supplier (1 Working Day Prior) Collecting of Delivery Order & Processing of import BOI entry- HFZ (4 Hrs) Passing of import BOI declaration (1 Hr) Arrange GPS controlled preregistered prime mover ( 2Hrs) Clearing the container and placing additional security seal (3.5 Hrs) Green Channel clearance and trucking to HFZ using expressway (1.5 Hrs) Seal verification at the BOI Gate entrance & Truck to HFZ (20 Mins) Verification of seal, checking of vehicle and driver/cleaner (10 Mins) Directing to pre assigned dock & unloading (2Hrs)
