1 DONOVAN MARINE E-COMMERCE DIRECTIONS AND FAQ WELCOME TO THE NEW DONOVAN MARINE ONLINE PRICING AND ORDER PROGRAM [ EC-2] located at The following is a guideline for the use of this new and exciting business tool and will help you to quickly learn to navigate through the new program. In order to access this program you must have an active DONOVAN MARINE account and a user name and password. You can apply for a user name and password by clicking the register here button on the sign in page of the program. If you had a user name and password for the old program it can be used for the new site. After logging in to EC2 the first step is always to select the ship to address from the drop down box on the first page. This will be the ship to address for this session and SHOULD only be changed by logging out and starting over. Logging out will lose any items saved in cart etc. This page also shows your designated warehouse path. The three warehouses selected were chosen based on your ship to address and cannot be changed at this time. Items added to your cart will ship first from your HOME warehouse and if not available there from the second or third warehouse as available. You can only control ship from locations by changing order quantity in CART Your choices of activity from this point are: QUICK ORDER This is probably the easiest way to place an order with known #s SEARCH This function should be used to find a part # by description SEE FAQ SCHEMATICS This is a link to misc. part catalogs [ MORE TO COME] SEE FAQ ORDER HISTORY This shows past orders placed using this program. SEE FAQ VIEW CART This is the link to your saved order and the checkout process

2 QUICK ORDER The quick order page allows you to add up to 15 items at a time to a list which you can then add to your order [CART]. You can use either the DMI (Donovan Marine ) number or the MFG # such as L77JC4( Champion plug) or HC5348 ( Teleflex cylinder ). When entering in Quick Order you should tab from part# to qty then tab to next line to enter additional items. If you use the enter key after entering a quantity the program checks availability for all previously entered lines and adds them to your CART. If you have a long order verifying each item will slow down the process. You can also use QuickOrder to check pricing AND availability of an item. After entering part # [enter] use red X to remove item from cart if you do not want to order at this time. VERIFY STOCK BUTTON checks stock of items in QuickOrder form and adds to cart [ same as enter function] Each line in QuickOrder will tell you list, cost and availability by HOME or ALTERNATE warehouse locations. Lines have been added to cart if they contain a X. This X can be used to delete an item from cart and Quick order list if desired. When you are finished adding items to your order you should use the View Cart button to begin the checkout process.

3 PROCESSING YOUR ORDER. Once in the cart you can review the items you are ABOUT to place on order and delete any lines or adjust quantities as needed. If you change any quantities while in this area be sure to use the UPDATE CART button to ensure that the new quantities are available. If you are satisfied with the items in your cart the next step in the process is to hit the CHECKOUT button. This will take you to another page where you MUST select the shipping method from EACH warehouse involved in your order. You can view what items are coming from each warehouse on this page but if you want to delete items from a warehouse you must return to the cart [VIEW CART button top right] and change the qty or delete the items there. After selecting shipping method from all warehouse locations shown you may need to use CHECKOUT button again to move to the PROCESS ORDER page. This is the last page of the program where you can enter your PO # or any comments you need on the order such as special delivery instructions to a Donovan truck driver etc. These comments will appear on the pick ticket\ packing list and also on the invoice. At this point you have one last chance to change or edit your order. You can use VIEW CART to return to the shopping cart or there is an edit shipping option on the page to change shipping method only or an edit order button which also returns you to the CART. If you are ready to place your order at this time simply use the cursor to press the PROCESS ORDER button and you will receive an shortly at the designated address with the details of your order.

4 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS AND HELPFUL HINTS WHAT IS THE SEARCH FUNCTION USED FOR??? The search function can be used to get additional info on a part # including photos [ coming soon] It can also be used to find a list of part #s by entering a description i.e. tire gives a list of all tires in stock [a long list] while acetone lists the five different sizes of acetone available. This will list 30 lines only currently. When in SEARCH if you click on any blue text or part number it will give you the LIST, COST,AVAILABILITY,CATALOG PAGE, OEM # and other useful info. You can also add this item to your cart from this point. This function should be used only when checking one or two items at a time. The Dealer button will either hide or reveal dealer cost so you can show the page to a customer if desired WHY CAN T I FIND ALL OF MY ORDERS IN ORDER HISTORY???? ORDER HISTORY currently shows only orders placed using this program. Orders from the old Ecommerce, phone orders, fax orders etc are not available in the program at this time. To view a previous orders details click on the order #. Printing orders from order history is not currently functional If you need a printed copy of an order you should use the e- mail confirmation sent for each order.

5 HOW CAN I CHANGE AN ORDER AFTER IT IS PROCESSED???? After an order is entered it can only be cancelled or edited by contacting your home warehouse directly by phone. Items can not be added to an order after it is entered. WHY CAN T I FIND MY ENGINE IN SCHEMATICS???? SCHEMATICS is a program that will allow you to find engine parts diagrams and add items to a list for ordering. There are some functional catalogs in this section and more will be added soon. I FORGOT MY LOGIN. On the login page there is a FORGOT PASSWORD BUTTON that will send the info to the on file. WHERE CAN I FIND RECENTLY ADDED PRODUCTS In ORDER HISTORY there is a VIEW RECENTLY ADDED PRODUCTS button which shows new products not in the catalog. Someday there will be pictures etc. What if I want to SPECIALORDER a product that Donovan doesn t stock? You must still call CUSTOMER SERVICE for this. WHERE CAN I GET SHIPPING CHARGES FOR AN ORDER? You must still call CUSTOMER SERVICE for this.

6 CAN I CHANGE MY HOME OR ALTERNATE WAREHOUSE SELECTIONS Not currently. These selections were made for best selection and lowest shipping costs based on your location. HOW DO I HIDE MY COST SO A CUSTOMER CAN VIEW THE SCREEN?? On the top left of the QUICK ORDER or SEARCH screens that show pricing click on the Dealer button to hide or display dealer cost. UTTON
