14 Notes: 1. As ordered by AG (Audit), each field Party will have to achieve the minimum objection target 10% the revenue raised by the auditee unit during the period covered under audit. The achievement the field party will have to be submitted separately by way a D.O. letter to the DAG/ Revenue not later than by the 10 th the succeeding month and a copy that letter must be sent to Secretary to PAG immediately on completion audit. 2. Party will collect outstanding old IRs from concerned vetting sections and submit review report after obtaining reply from the units. 3. DIRs must be submitted within 5 from the date completion audit. As per Headquarters instruction relevant Para may be included in DIRs. 4. Photocopy the required information must be submitted with the DIRs. 5. All the Office order issued by Revenue (HQ) from time to time must be strictly adhered to. 6. Approved tour programme should be strictly followed without any deviation. 7. Cross verification Form C & F more than Rs.25 lakh (as per Hqrs letter No. 124 dt ) Should be done by field party in each fice. 8. In each D.I.Rs referencing para with K.Ds should be done in each calculation, amounts etc. 9. Submission typed copy D.I.Rs is highly appreciable. 10. Gu idelines on Value audit tax receipts issued by headquarters (CA G fice) vide letter No SRA/3(ii)/VAT-2003 dated 4 th April 2008 must be adhered to. 11. During local audit, the quantum audit may be determined in accordance to instructions on Value Audit Tax Auditing issued by headquarter (CAG fice) vide No. 131-SRA/3(ii)/2007-Vol. II dated The party personnel who want to take any leave or leave the duty place while during the audit should inform Accountant General over his mobile no. As per the order DAG/ Revenue (RS-I B.O. 01 dated: ), all the field party ficials are requested to submit the SOFs with relevant KDS, originals objection memo and any other document. The relevant KDS must be properly referenced and highlighted, failing which the SOFs will not be entertained. 14 In light letter No-PPG- ( )-14dated , it has been decided to incorporate one dedicated section known as section; C in Part - II the IRs Revenue to cover the audit paras relating to expenditure while conducting audit Govt. Department in respect this section. 15 As ordered, all field party members should apply for leave before proceeding on leave with recommendation their senior ficers. 16. Field parties are instructed to indicate sampling criteria adopted for selection records audit to mention budget and expenditure figure in introductory part IR and to issue questionnaire on IT application. 17. Each audit field party would develop an audit strategy and an audit plan for each unit and it should be documented in Template for preparation unit Audit Plan as provided and must be submitted alongwith concerned DIRs. 18.
