4 DRIVEN ROLLER CONVEYORS Viron & Viran The Viron & Viran driven roller conveyors are ideally suited for both light and heavier loads. Transmission is provided by Poly-V belts for an efficient, quiet and maintenance free operation. The Viron series is indicated for light to medium loads. In addition to Poly-V transmission, the Viran series is also available with chain driven rollers for heavier loads. Both models are easily adjustable in speed with the smart drive or drive control. 6 NON-DRIVEN ROLLER CONVEYORS Vinar The non-driven roller conveyors transports loads either manually or over a gradient via gravity. The simplified design and gravity rollers makes it easy to use for every non-driven application. The Vinar conveyors are ideally suited for light to medium loads. 8 BELT CONVEYORS Vitra The Vitra belt conveyor comes in two types of configurations - supported by slider bed, for a solid surface for medium to heavy loads, or supported by roller bed allowing for heavier loads and longer lengths. By using V-guided belt tracking the conveyor belt stays perfectly centered, which is ideal for side loading applications to prevent the belt from being pushed of the system. 10 BELT CONVEYORS Vikon Our line of the Vikon belt conveyors have been designed to transport smaller and lightweight products. This Vikon product line series is available two variations where the in dry environments a metal slider bed is used and in a humid environments plastic sliding supports are used to offer a frictionless application. 12 CHAIN CONVEYORS Viko / Vikra There are two variations of the chain conveyors - the first is a two chain combination - the second is a three chain combination providing extra support to the middle of a load. Both systems are capable of transporting crates and/or pallets with loads weighing up to 1500 kg per meter. The galvanized steel profiles help guide these create and/or pallets along the chains which rest on low friction plastic supports, cushioning the load to ensure smooth transportation along the chain conveyors. 14 PALLET ROLLER CONVEYORS Virapal The Virapal pallet roller conveyor is manufactured to handle various loads of pallets and pallet boxes up to 1500kgs. Manufactured in three varying widths, this conveyor solution can easily handle standard dimensions of loads while the choice of pitch height depends on the weight and stability of the loads being transported.
