1 Page 1 of 5 1. Purpose and Scope To provide instruction to Receiving/Warehouse Associates on the proper methods of pulling stock and completing related paperwork. 2. Definitions Assembly Manifest Manifest Pull Request Production Stock Pull Log (TGQ 3.42) Pull Ticket Task complete Stamp Manifest created for items to be kitted. An internal document that lists multiple inventory requests including complete description of each item, skid #, location of stock, quantities requested and the destination or requesting area. A log used by Production Associates to inform Warehouse Associates of stock pulls performed in their absence. An internal document that lists one inventory request item, including a complete description of the item, location, quantity requested and delivery destination. Stamp used by associates with the manifest pull to document that the pull was completed and confirmed in Promail. 3. Responsibilities REC WHSE Receiving Associates Warehouse Associates 4. Generate Pull Ticket or Manifest Pull Request (NOTE: In some instances this step is performed in the Customer Assistance department and a manifest pull is delivered to the Warehouse Associate). From Inventory Request forms that are delivered to the Warehouse Department, Pull Tickets and/or Manifest Pull Requests are generated Create A Manifest Pull in VeraCore Login to the Warehouse Management System, go to TGI Warehouse, click on "Inventory Management tab" and click "Manual Pull Entry". You will need to choose the type of manifest you wish to create from the menus given. (Production, Staging, Disposal). Complete the fields necessary for the type of manifest you are creating. You may be navigated to other screens that you will need to complete. Complete the information needed and you will be prompted when finished. NOTE: Write down the manifest ID in the case that it does not print automatically. You may reprint through Utilities & Reprint Forms. Your manifest should print after it has been submitted and saved. 3. Pull Inventory Warehouse Associates will pull quantities indicated from the location (s) printed on than manifest they were assigned. Once all items are pulled the associate will add the job number for each item and deliver the stock to area designated on the pull. Associate will stamp the pull with the task complete stamp and place an "X" in the task complete box. 4. VeraCore Confirmation From the Manifest Pull Requests and the Pull Tickets confirmation is performed in VeraCore by Receiving or Warehouse Associates. (NOTE: in some instances locations for pulls can be changed and will be written on the pull with the alternate unit number and location from which the stock has been pulled. The stock must be confirmed from the alternate location). Once confirmed place an "X" next to the entered in PM box and initial in the task complete stamp Confirm A Manifest in VeraCore Login to the Warehouse Management System, go to TGI Warehouse, click on "Production Tab" and click on "Pull Confirm". Enter the manifest number in the box, then click submit. You should see information

3 Page 3 of 5 Instructions (Continued) pertaining to your manifest on the screen. If you wish to confirm it as it is, you would click "Confirm". If you need to confirm at a different quantity or a different unit, you would make the change on this screen then click submit. NOTE: If you are trying to cancel a manifest you will need to take the quantity down to zero then confirm it Confirming Assembly Manifest in VeraCore Login to the Warehouse Management System, Use production tab, Use Kit/Pod confirm. Type in the assembly manifest #; information matching the assembly manifest will appear. Click on OK to Confirm the assembly manifest. 5. Fill Out Production Stock Pull Log In the event that more stock is needed to complete a particular job, Production Associates will complete a TGI Production Stock Log (TGQ 3.42). This log will be utilized only in the absence of Warehouse Associates (i.e., gone home for the day, early shift needs stock, etc). They will take the completed Stock Pull Log to the warehouse and place in the appropriate basket for the Warehouse Associates to perform the VeraCore adjustments necessary. 6.
