Definitive data related to the project will be presented after the full completion of the project, to be undertaken in accordance with the provisions of applicable international environmental agreements and conventions. 6 / Footnote by Romania: Data concerning this section of the E waterway are provisional. Definitive data related to the Ukrainian project of building a deep-water navigable waterway on the Kilia rm and Bystroe outlet into the sea of the Danube River are pending the full assessment of the environmental impact and the full and faithful observance of applicable international agreements and conventions.
