9 THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS ORIGINAL PAGE 12 TARIFF NO. 2-A ORDINANCE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Port Commissioners of the Port of Oakland as follows: The following tariff of schedules of rates, dockage, wharfage, tolls and charges, as well as the following rules and regulations incidental thereto, in addition to those otherwise prescribed by the Board of Port Commissioners for the use of the Metropolitan Oakland International Airport and other facilities of the Port, are hereby adopted for all public-owned docks, piers, wharves, slips and other facilities of the Port of Oakland and for services rendered by the Port Department of the City of Oakland in the place and stead of provisions of Tariff No. 2 contained in Port Ordinance No. 964, as amended: ADOPTED: September 20, 1988 EFFECTIVE: November 1, 1988 Correction No.
