As you can see in the example above, the bill template was created, the bill date was entered, and the line items were created but no additional information was entered. Thus, giving us a month of missing data.

As you can see in the example above, the bill template was created, the bill date was entered, Usage and Cost were entered, but Billed & Actual Demand line items were added without data. Thus, giving us partial data for the month of June.

14 Use & Cost Reports»Use & Cost reports are also a great tool to use when checking for data inefficiencies»they will help by revealing any large spikes in your data for either usage or cost. 17 Use and Cost Reports Energy Use Graph Energy Use Graph Dude County Schools All Facilities -- 3/2017 to 2/ This report is helpful, much like the Historical Data by Service report, because it will show you drastic spikes in your energy usage to visually identify any data inefficiencies - The rather large spike between August November could possibly be because of miss keyed data, or could help identify larger issues.
