5 Purpose: Qualification of MMT as an additional final test site for selected Micrel Clock and Timing product type available in 10L MSOP, 16L VQFN, 32L VQFN and 32L TQFP packages. CCB No.: Qualification report summary for SY100EP111UTG Test / Evaluation Test Conditions / Parameters Results Datalog/Bin Comparison Using a datalog from F660 and V93K, compare test flow between F660 program and V93K program. Compare test names, test sequence, test limits, and measurement units. Accept if all parameters matched or explainable. Site by Site Verification Correlation Lot Test Serially datalog a known good unit in each test site of each load board. 30 correlation units were taken from PASS units after Hot and Room Testing. These were serialized, and data logged at room temperature. Parametric Correlation Verify we have good test hardware setup & contactor alignment. Datalog 30 correlation units at Unisem Ipoh using F660 Final Test program. Datalog same correlation units at MMT using V93K Final test program.
