3 Exhibitor Quick Answers Where will my booth be located? The exhibitor space is strategically located in the foyer between the learning session hall and the dining room. Delegates will be in the exhibitor space before, after, and in-between the sessions. See below for a map of the exhibitor space. We do not assign specific space and exhibitors set up on a first come, first served basis. We recommend sending two representatives. This will allow one person to attend your booth and another to mingle and network with delegates. Breakfast and lunch are included for your two representatives, who can join delegates in the breakfast/lunch room to network casually in a more informal setting during meals. Are there any other networking opportunities for exhibitors? The conference features an Exhibitor Scavenger Hunt contest to further encourage interaction with your representatives. To be eligible to win the context, they need to collect a stamp from your booth, based on a fact/clue related to your business we ll ask you to provide. The event was very successful at last year s conference and we re excited to bring it back. We also encourage you to send a representative to the Reception on Wednesday October 23rd, and consider sending your team to the Annual Awards Dinner on October 25th (which is typically the bestattended event at the conference). We are happy to extend our member pricing to exhibiting companies for tickets to these additional events. Can you give me an idea of who attends the conference? Canada Logistics Conference is typically attended by around 250 supply chain logistics professionals, coming from the shipper, carrier, and ancillary service provider sides of the business. We will distribute a full delegate list to you approximately a week prior to the conference to help plan your networking.
