If your store requires a kit, check to see if you have the correct merchandising kit. Check the shipping label on this kit for store number. Kit Shipping Label Example: STORE # 1 2 On Arrival At The CVS Location Sign into the vendor log book. Introduce yourself to the manager on duty. Show the letter of authorization (LOA) & explain the project and work to be performed. Work with store personnel to locate any back stock or new shipments. Shelf Extender Audit Locate the seasonal aisle and report whether or not the Shelf Extender could be found. 3 Audit for Skinny Tower, Holiday, and QSE Shipper Look for the Skinny Tower, Holiday, and QSE Shipper displays pictured below. Report whether or not any were found. Required Picture: QSE Shipper, if found. Required Picture: Skinny Tower, if found. 4 QSE Shipper Skinny Tower Holiday Shipper Remove Visa Stained Glass $100 Card From the Holiday Shipper REMOVE THIS CARD Remove all Visa Stained Glass $100 cards with a green background from the Holiday Shipper. The card is pictured to the right: DO NOT REMOVE ANY OTHER VISA $100 CARDS There are several other varieties. Some look similar. MAKE SURE you re only removing the Visa Stained Glass $100 card pictured to the left. After removing the above card, remove its price label, then take half of the Visa $50 cards and place them on the now empty peg. Audit The Type Of Main Display And Location Page 4 of 5 STANDARD MAIN END CAP STORE OF THE FUTURE MAIN END CAP URBAN MAIN END CAP WALL PROTOTYPE WITH 4 FOOT EXTENSION 6 SERVICES ON THE GO MAIN DISPLAY SPINNER Remove Golfsmith Cards From the Main Display BLACK END CAP WITH 4-FOOT INLINE REMOVE THIS CARD Remove all Golfsmith cards from the main display. The card is pictured to the right: After removing the cards, remove its price label, then take half of the Sears VGC cards above it and place them on the now empty peg. 7 Ensure The Main Display Is Set To Planogram Move any cards necessary on all sides of the display to ensure it is set to planogram. DO NOT place cards in empty spots to fill in for missing cards. Place any back stock to fill the display to planogram. Balance inventory across all displays, if applicable. Not all cards are on all displays. Cards with multiple facings need to be balanced across all designated pegs. Product can be moved from the secondary end cap to the main end cap if needed but leave at least 3 cards on the secondary end cap. Ideally about cards per peg on the main display.

5 8 Main Display Price Labels Work with the store to print and place a new set of price labels to match the new planogram. OLD You Pay with Blue Highlight NEW Plain White Page 5 of 5 New tags DO NOT have You Pay printed on the tag and should not be older that Sept The new tags slide into the front of the new pegs do not sticker them on. To assist sliding the tags in without wrinkling them, place your finger behind the tag holder to guide the tag into the slot. If old scan tags are stickered on and cannot be easily removed, sticker the new tag over the old tag. 9 Main Display Fraud Disclaimer Sign Audit Fraud Disclaimer: Audit for the Fraud Disclaimer sign on the main display. Required Picture: Front of Main Display 10 Audit The Type Of Secondary Display 11 Install Uber Blade Install the Uber Blade on the shelves behind the Secondary Display. Blade included in your kit. Be sure to install the blade close to the display. It can go on either the left or right side. NOT ALL STORES WILL HAVE THE UBER BLADE! See the Task Notes to determine if the store you re servicing has the Uber Blade EXAMPLE ONLY. Look at Task Notes to determine which stores have the Uber Blade. Holders must be inserted on the shelves first. Holder installed on shelf. Required Picture: Installed Uber Blade Slide the Uber Blade into the holders and ensure it s stocked with Uber cards.

Required Picture: Front of Secondary Display Ensure the Top Of Checkout Display is Set to Planogram Planogram attached as a task document Set the Top of Checkout Displays to planogram. Replenish the stock on the Top of Checkout Displays. Be sure to check back stock for additional cards. Balance inventory across all displays, if applicable. Not all cards are on all displays. Required Picture: One entire Top of Checkout Display Balance On Hand Update (# of displays may vary by store) Work with the store to adjust the balance on hand to 0, using the handheld unit, for all out of stock products to be reordered, if the manager allows. In order to receive cards, the card needs to be active and the balance on hand needs to be 0. To activate the card, scan the scan tag with the Handheld Unit. If unable to get immediate assistance from the store, wait no longer than 5 minutes for assistance before moving on.

7 17 Inventory Audit 18 Fill out inventory sheet you printed and keep a copy for online reporting. Mark Out of Stock for any cards that are missing on the displays and are not found in back stock. Provide the manager with: Visit Completion Page 7 of 5 A Copy of the Completed Inventory Sheet to facilitate reorders. Do not leave the inventory sheet if you don t have a completed copy to take home with you. Overstock that will not fit on the display. Any cards that will not fit on the display but ARE on the planogram are OVERSTOCK. Work to secure an area to store cards for future visits. Clean up area and dispose of trash.
