TBM Repositioning & Erection of 200ton-rated OTC Girdles Feb to Mar, The OTC girdles were staged at Power Station Cavern. A 300 ton mobile crane was used for lifting and installation. Loading of Tunnel Boring Machine. Multi-axle trailer navigating hilly terrains. In February 2014, we arranged the transfer of tunnel boring component from Lemoi tunnel to Telom tunnel covering a distance of 13.20km. The hilly route involves gradient of 12 degree slope for both uphill and downhill road. The scope further involved supply of Liebherr LTM ton capacity truck crane for lifting TBM Front Shield of 65.00M/Ton and TBM Griper Shield of 45.00M/Ton. For transportation, we used one set of 6 axle line and another 7 axle modular platform trailer. Due to the steep terrain, a D8 CAT Bulldozer and CAT 986 Shovel were further deployed in the transport operation to navigate the hilly terrain. In March 2014, we were contracted to carry out the lifting of overhead travelling crane (OTC) girders in very enclosed area with limited radius and height. The OTC was installed in an underground cavern housing the power house and will be used for the lifting of the turbines. Due to the restricted area, a 300 ton capacity crane has to be used in order to carry out the lifting operation even though the crane girder was light. The same Liebherr LTM 1400 crane was deployed for the operation and the installation job was completed within one day excluding mobilization and demobilization. 1

7 Delivery of complete CPO Mill to Ketapang, West Kalimantan, Indonesia May, Stowage on board 220 feet long pontoon barge. Barge rampway being lowered. Discharging operation at Ketapang jetty. Cargoes delivered to mill site. In May 2014, CNC Freight Services Sdn. Bhd. was awarded a contract to arrange transportation of a complete palm oil mill to a location in Ketapang, West Kalimantan, Indonesia. The total shipping volume is approximately 4, cbm and a total of two barge voyages were arranged. Prior to award of the contract, our project team conducted a survey on the mill site and ascertained the draft of the river on the navigation path from the river mouth to the location of construction site jetty. From our survey, we recommended for the use of at least 220 feet pontoon barge and cargo load was pre-determined. This is to ensure that the barge is able to navigate the shallow river which at the lowest point has a depth of only 2.00 meters. During loading of the barges, the draft of the barge was closely monitored to ascertain that its draft does not exceed the 2.00 meter limitation. Our personnel were at site on both occasions to make sure that the barge arrives at the site jetty without any navigational problem. Supervision was carried out on the discharging operations to ensure that all cargo were safely unloaded. 7
