Here at MCP, our teams have developed an exciting module within Destin8 called Destin8 Drive! This fully integrated module, designed specifically for the haulage sector, provides a haulier-centric view of relevant information and real-time events from within the Destin8 database. Drive is available to every Haulier who subscribes to Destin8. How does it work? To access Drive enter Transaction Code: DRV and a list of all consignments where you are the Current Releasee will be displayed. You have the option to apply tailored filtering in order to display only those consignments you are particularly interested in at that moment in time. Each consignment line consists of the vital and specific data required by your Traffic Operator. The consignment line includes a traffic light indicator for Cleared, Landed and Released statuses. This information automatically refreshes every 300 seconds, with the change in status visually displayed by the indicator changing colour. For example, if a consignment clears and the release note generated updates from No to Yes the traffic light indicator will in real-time go from red to green. Cleared - + Landed - + Released - =! You are able to complete all functions required by a Haulier from the Drive Transaction without having to leave the screen. If you wish to release a consignment to a Vehicle Registration / PIN / Haulier ID, you can click on the release indicator and a simplified RAM Release window will appear. Should you wish to check the number of packages within a consignment click on the Unit Id and a simplified Import Enquiry window will appear with the consignment details. If a consignment release has been cancelled (RAX d) and you are no longer the Current Releasee that particular consignment line will be removed from your Drive screen. Please note, all current transactions are not affected and will continue to be available. Destin8 Outputs will also remain unchanged. 1

How is this information displayed? Column selector: Open this dropdown list to deselect any columns you do not wish to be displayed

Incorporated functionality 1 2 Indicates whether the consignment is an Import, Export, Frustrated Export or is a Purged record (within the last 24hrs). You can select any combination to be displayed. If the badge code you are logged in under has access to multiple Port Communities, you have the ability to filter results displayed in this column per Port. 3 This column displays which Berth your consignment is located, particularly useful when arranging collections/deliveries at the Ports. 4 Within the Unit ID Column you have the option to only display certain containers you are particularly interested in at that moment in time. You can either select from the dropdown list of Copy/Paste Unit Ids by clicking the page symbol. The magnifying glass against each Unit ID enables a quick view window containing consignment information at a glance. 5 Again, the Unit Size/Type column can be filtered for instance, if you wish to only view 20fts released to you. Each Size/Type has a tooltip description of code associated. Please note that when a filter is applied the relevant header will display in bold to indicate this. 6 This column displays the manifested gross weight of each consignment. 3

7 Destin8 Drive obtains and updates VBS information sent from the Ports operating a Vehicle Booking System (VBS). This column displays the Vehicle Booking Reference Number which if clicked, opens the relevant Ports VBS website in a separate window via a hyperlink. 8 The Vehicle Booking Reference Number, associated date and time slot of the booking are all displayed. Amendments to VBS information is captured and displayed accordingly within the 600 second refresh timeframe. 9 Hazardous consignments are clearly indicated to the Operator in red lettering. If the hazardous Yes indicator is clicked upon, the specific hazardous information is brought to the screen in a separate window. The real-time traffic light indicators Arrived: This indicator will show red if the vessel carrying your consignment has yet to arrive. Upon vessel arrival the indicator will update to amber. The instant your consignment has been landed on the terminal the indicator will update to green. In relation to Export returns, red indicates not arrived and green is displayed once the unit has Export Ingated. Cleared: For consignment awaiting Release Note Generation, the indicator will display red. Once the Release Note is Generated and therefore Customs Cleared and not subject to any Holds, the Indicator will change to green. Released: The amber indicator signifies the consignment is awaiting to be released to a Vehicle Registration / PIN or Haulier ID (where applicable). As the releasee, you can update the release information directly by clicking on the release indicator. This also applies to the releasing of Frustrated Exports. Once the indicator turns green due to the consignment being released to a Vehicle Registration / PIN / Haulier ID you are still able to update and amend from this screen. 4

13 Exec: If the Indicator is red, the export return has yet to be booked for restitution at a Destin8 port. Once a return has been pre-exec d it will turn amber. Once amber you are able to click on the indicator and this will automatically assign your badge code as the returning haulier. The export consignment line will appear on your screen. You can further amend this by clicking on the indicator a second time. From the export line, the arrived indicator signifies the unit has export ingated and returned to the quay. You will also receive the EIN01 output to your printer/ device. 14 Job Date: By clicking on the calendar symbol against any of your listed Import or Frustrated Export consignments you are able to assign the job date. By doing so, not only do you gain the visibility of the job date on the Drive screen but you are also able to filter by job date. For example, if you are only interested in seeing the statuses for those jobs out on the following day, you can select only to show consignments with that particular job date only. 5

15 Send notifications directly from DRV. Upon clicking on the corresponding envelope symbol you will be given the option to send the current status of a consignment with the ability to add free text. Clicking current status will the entered recipient the Unit Id > Size/Type > Weight > VBS information > whether or not it is hazardous > plus any additional information you wish to add. Alongside the current status notification, you can request the entered recipient receives notification of Clearance > Landing > Departure from terminal > Commercial release > VBS information and amendments > If a Pre-exec has been booked. These further notifications are set and automatically sent to the address entered as and when the given activity occurs. 6

FAQ s Q: If the Arrived indicator on the dashboard is amber, can I obtain the estimated time of Discharge? A: Yes you can if your consignment is at a Port that feeds Destin8 with that information. To view the estimated time of Discharge of a consignment, just click on the corresponding magnifying glass, this information is displayed in the Quick View window. Q: Will the Release Expiry date still be visible in the Drive release window as it is in transaction RAM? A: Yes; if an expiry has been set, the date is displayed in both the Release window and the Quick View summary. An added feature has been included whereby, if you are releasing to haulage and the release is due to expire within the next 24hrs it will be highlighted in red. Q: When I come to work in the mornings I like to check all of my deliveries have out-gated and at what time. Will they still be on my DRV screen? A: When a consignment out-gates or an export is loaded to a vessel and it departs the consignment record is set to purge. The DRV screen will display set to purge records for 24hrs. After this period the information is still obtainable from either INQ (Import enquiry) or PNQ (Purge enquiry). Q: What is the new key symbol on the release to haulage window? A: We have added the option to allow the system to generate a PIN number. This is optional but holds time-saving and security benefits.
