2 What has to be labeled? What information is required on the label? Were there any changes to the alternative labeling and portable container labeling requirements of the HazComm Standard? What resources are available to assist implementation?

3 29 CFR (b)(1) all employers to provide information to their employees about the hazardous chemicals to which they are exposed (b)(2) applies to any chemical which is known to be present in the workplace in such a manner that employees may be exposed
