12 12 How Social Compliance is Ensured A department has been established just to conform with social compliance standards. All rules and procedures have been made in writing. Weekly and monthly controlled checklists were created by the respective department. Detected nonconformities are reported to management and action plans are created to produce a permanent solution.

13 13 Ethical Trading Initiative We are the first company nominated for the ETI Turkey Platforms Workplace Social Dialogue Programme. Worker representative elections were undertaken in line with ETI s requirements and established a continuing platform of communication and co-operation in the workplace.

14 14 Employees Communication Channels I have an Idea Barcode Every employee has a unique gray barcode. If a gray barcode is read by the system an is sent just to the management with a gray code and identity of the employee, meaning; that person has a request or a complaint which can not be solved by her/his supervisor. Request Complaint Barcode Every employee has a unique green barcode. If a green barcode is read by the system an is sent just to the management with a green code and identity of the employee, meaning; that person has a request or a complaint which can not be solved by her/his supervisor. Request Complaint Boxes Requests and complaints collected from the sealed boxes are evaluated by the management every Monday with a meeting. Solution Table Every Wednesday there is a solution table at the dining hall which is in charge of an interactive and dynamic solution center on behalf of the management. Employee Representatives A representative is elected from every group and unit to pass the requests and complaints directly to the management. 19 19 Traceability Each product has a unique QRcode. These unique barcodes may be black or white based on the color of care label. These barcodes are sewed to the product during production to remain under care labels when it reaches to the end user.

20 20 Traceability The operator-operation efficiency in production and quality can be followed by means of this barcode. So it is possible to follow by whom and when the sewing, ironing and quality control operations are done for each product.
