3 LITTELL metal sheet cutting line METAL SHEET CUTTING The plant is equipped with high-technology line LITTELL for cutting metal sheets from coils. TECHNICAL DATA Sheet thickness from mm to mm Coil width from 600 mm to 1250 mm Cutting length from 457 mm to 1700 mm There is a possibility of cutting with scroll blades. METAL SHEET COATING Modern lines for tinplate sheet, TFS and aluminum coating provide high-quality, controlled coating during the complete process. Lacquers of distinguished world manufacturers are used, depending on the purpose of the final packaging and customers requirements, which are resistant to different impacts (mechanical, high temperatures...), but also with different visual effects. We provide coating of sheets 0,14-0,5 mm thick, with the minimal size 500x700 and maximum 1100x950 mm. Coating line 133

4 METAL SHEET LITHOGRAPHY Two high-production lines are installed for tinplate sheet printing, which are equipped with modern QC equipment, guaranteeing continuous, high quality of products. Average capacity of each line separately is sheets per hour. Metal sheets 0,14 0,5 mm thick, minimum size 500 x 700 mm and maximum 1100 x 950 mm can be printed. Including our own technical and design preparation, we possess a completed process from conceptual design up to offset plate making. Tinplate coating and printing services are rendered to third parties as well, and are intended for the needs of packaging industry, regarding sectors for food products and technical contents. Printing line ALUMINUM CLOSURES PRODUCTION In accordance with constant investments in equipment and production capacity, Galeb Metal Pack has a very fast and modern press for deep drawn caps which uses for long caps production. Our modern five-color line for lateral printing of aluminum long caps allows us to make any graphic design, according to your needs and wishes. 24 A high-capacity line for knurling and seal insertion from the well known manufacturer Bortolin Kemo is used for the production of all dimensions of long caps, knurling and placement of different liners. The latest investment is a new line for embossing and hot foil, from the distinguished producer Madag. The line is intended for decoration of aluminum long caps. It offers the possibility of embossing of the relief on the top of caps, applying hot foil on the top and side, as well as the combination of these two technologies.

5 ALUMINUM CLOSURES Aluminum closures are used for closing of glass bottles filled with mineral and natural waters, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, pharmaceutical and technical contents. Closures are packed in polyethylene bags and five-layer cardboard boxes. The way of packing prevents contamination of closures. Closures possess certificate confirming their health and safety in contact with food. Closures are delivered with liners made of expanded polyethylene or with dosage safety valve. Aluminum long caps are used for closing glass bottles filled with alcoholic beverages, wine and other contents from the food industry. Besides standard offset and lateral dry offset printing, the decoration and supreme look of these closures is owned to the hot foil and embossing. 6 ROPP 28x15,3 mm In Galeb Metal Pack s assortment there are also the closures 28x15,3mm with PVC free liner, which are intended primarily for closing bottles filled with carbonated and non-carbonated water, wine and refreshing drinks. Depending on whether the packaging is returnable or not, these closures can be vertically or horizontally cut. These cuts provoke the ring of the closure to stay on the neck during bottle opening, or to be separated from the bottle together with the closure, followed by a crack on vertical perforations. As well as other products from our assortment, these closures can be produced in many design solutions, according to the customers requirements. 7 CLOSURES FOR WINE BOTTLE Following global trends in modern wine industry we developed a special program for packaging and storing of good quality wines. 8 ALUMINUM TUBES Tubes are filled with cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food and other contents. Depending on the content, adequate varnishes are used. Four-color printing is used for tube decoration. Closures can be made of polyethylene and polypropylene. Neck dimensions and closure size comply with all relevant standards and customers requirements. 9 CROWN CORKS Crown corks are used for closing glass bottles filled with alcoholic beverages (up to 15% of alcohol), non-alcoholic beverages and technical contents. On its internal side, closures are protected with special coating, approved to be used in food industry. Varnishes and colors are resistant to pasteurization and sterilization processes. In accordance with customers requests, corks can be printed in different colors and packed in cardboard boxes, octabins or metal containers.
