2 Mission and vision Mission statement: To provide machines and equipment of high complexity and superior quality to business buyers, from manufacturing, through installation and support. We achieved the position of one of the most reputable producers of mining equipment in Europe by building and maintaining the longstanding customer relationships. Our customer relationships are built on extensive know-how and long-term commitment. Our superbly equipped workshops and skilled employees inspire our customers confidence, that each product will be produced exactly according to their requests and highest expectations, on time. In order to meet the increasing market demands and offer ever more complex machines and equipment of superior quality, we are dedicated to continuous investments in the expansion and modernization of our facilities. During the last decade, over 20 million EUR was invested in broadening and modernizing of our capacities. All of these investments were conducted from own resources, from engineering, manufacturing to financing from our profits. In the last two years, we finished the following projects in our workshops: sandblasting and painting facility (1000m²), broadening of welding shop, new cranes (20-120t), new furnaces in foundry (2 x 25t), new machines for material preparation. Through the newest investments, we strive to achieve the following goals: higher productivity, new technologies, new industries (rail engineering, wind turbines), increase in sales for the energy sector, zero complaint policy. 3 Company profile Company Dam-Mont is one of the largest manufacturers of machines and equipment for mining, energetic and process industry in South-eastern Europe. Thanks to contentious efforts in delivering of high quality products and satisfying our customers, in two decades of our existence, from the producer of light steel structures, we have grown into a reputable manufacturer of machines and facilities of high-complexity and sophistication Dam-Mont was founded 2003 Start of production of machines for metalprocessing industry 2007 Lola became a part of Dam-Mont group Company timeline 1992 Start of production of industrial buildings and facilities 2006 Start of production of machines for mining industry Company was founded on July 07 th, 1990 in Dvorište near Despotovac. The founder and the owner is Mr. Milojko Damljanovic. Since 1992, in Münster, Germany, a second member of our group Dam-Mont GmbH began its operations, in the field of installation works and delivery of materials and components. Today, our employees in Germany provide purchasing services for the manufacturing in Serbia. Since 2007, Dam-Mont owns Lola Livnica-Pom, Belgrade which consists of two main business units, foundry and manufacturing of process equipment and machinery. The range of products and production capacities have been considerably broadened with the acquisition of Lola production facilities in Belgrade. 6 Quality management Quality management is an essential component of our business operations and therefore makes a significant contribution towards the continuous improvement and efficiency of our manufacturing process to the advantage of our customers. All our products, services, activities and decisions have to meet the customer requirements, regulations and internal rules. Our company delivers products and services in the highest quality, which is achieved by: Using only raw-materials with the certified quality standard acceptable worldwide; Highly qualified workforce that has a proven record of the relevant experience from executed projects; A modern production process. Laboratory for mechanical testing Quality control in our workshops is performed on a regular basis, from inputs control, through control during all production phases, to control of final product. Each product delivered from our company is checked by calibrated equipment, and covered with the attests for chemical composition, mechanical properties, dimensional reports and NDT reports. Also, we possess fully equipped laboratories for chemical and mechanical testing, and our personnel are certified for performing of all necessary control methods. Nevertheless, we also have long-lasting partnership with scientific research institutes and organizations. 7 Logistics and transport Dam-Mont can offer complete service to its customers, not only designing, manufacturing and assembly of machines, but also the transportation and logistics services. Our company possesses its own transport vehicles for regular and oversized transport (up to 100t). When the product is completed and approved by our quality control, it is being packed according to the customers requests, loaded and transported to final destination. Our employees organize the obtaining of necessary oversized transport permissions, escort of vehicles and all the necessary customs procedures. Also, we have very good cooperation with most reputable European freight forwarders and transporters.
