2 66 The section has been divided into various categories to enable your architect understand the design scheme properly. 8.1 Main external signage The signage box is made of Alucobond material, which is essentially an aluminium composite panel consisting of a polyethylene center core. The sheets are manufactured by M/s Alcan Singen GmbH of Germany. Design: The frame of the signage box is made of M.S. Alucobond sheets cover all sides of the signage box except the rear which is covered with a GI sheet. The box has a backlit arrangement. The individual panels can be opened for maintenance of the electricals. The lettering on the Alucobond sheets is done with the help of a CNC router. Polycarbonate sheets & vinyl of appropriate shades are used for lettering. Layout: The Mahindra logo appears on the left side and dealers name on the right side in the layout design of the signage. A red vinyl band pasted on the signage box, runs across its length adding to its visual appeal. Layout designs for different lengths of the facade are provided in the following pages. Length: The height of the signage box has been fixed at 3 feet. The complete signage is made up of multiple Alucobond panels. Each finished panel measures 9 feet 10 inches. A 40 feet signage box would hence be made of 4 panels. Designs have been worked out for sizes ranging from 40 feet to 80 feet. Dealers need to order the signage box depending on the total frontage of the dealership. Preferably the entire length of the frontage should be covered. However, for very large frontages, to keep the cost reasonable, signages can be ordered based on the following rules: a. For a showroom having a frontage upto 60 feet entire showroom length to be covered. b. For showroom with frontage of 70 feet or more, 90 % length to be covered. 8.2 External banner External banner is optional for the showroom. The dealer should order these banners only if he feels the need for it. It should be made as per the design provided. The display sheet is made up of 3mm thick Aluminium sheet - powder coated. Signage material on these sheets should be changed periodically as the need arises. This signage system should be procured from the vendors specified in the annexure. 8.3 Vehicle information stand Vehicle information stand is a must for each and every dealerships. The total number of vehicle information stands will depend on the number of vehicles displayed. For each vehicle at least one vehicle information stand should be provided. The display material should be changed periodically as per the product launches. These stands should also be procured from the vendors specified in the annexure.

3 8.4 Poster panels The sizes of the posters have been standardised as 6 x 4 and 4 x 4. These posters should be procured from the vendors as specified in the annexure. These posters should be printed and laminated on self-adhesive vinyl and should be pasted on 4mm thick Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) or 4mm thick sun board of good quality of the required size. System of aluminium channels as shown on the drawings in this sections should be provided on the backside of posters to prevent them warping over a period of time. 8.5 Brochure dispenser The brochure dispenser set is a must for each and every dealership. Each set of brochure dispenser comprises of two clear acrylic brochure holders and a set of cable system to hold it. The number of sets required in the dealership will depend upon the number of vehicles being displayed in the dealership. At least one set of brochure dispenser should be provided for one vehicle. The brochure dispenser should be procured from the approved vendors mentioned in the annexure. 67 automotive sector
