Annual General Meeting (11:10 a.m. to 12:10 p.m., 13 April 2002, Hong Kong Observatory) The Annual General Meeting of the will be held at 11:10 a.m. on Saturday, 13 April 2002 at the Conference Hall of the Hong Kong Observatory. You are cordially invited to attend the meeting. The agenda and office bearers ( ) nomination form are enclosed. Please return the completed nomination form to the Honorary Secretary before 6 April B. Buffet Lunch (12:10 to 1:30 p.m., 13 April 2002, Miramar Hotel) You are also invited to the buffet lunch which will start right after the AGM at about 12:10 p.m. in Foyer Café, Miramar Hotel (G/F, 130 Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon). The cost of the buffet lunch is HK$90 for members and HK$100 for non-members. A reply slip for joining the buffet lunch is enclosed together with the membership renewal payment advice. If you are still not our members do get this chance to join us! An application form is also attached. You can make all payments by sending us a single cheque. C. Forum on Energy and the Atmospheric Environment Issues and Alternatives (9:30 a.m. to 11:10 a.m., 13 April 2002, Hong Kong Observatory) Prior to the AGM, there will be a forum on Energy and Atmospheric Environment Issues and Alternatives.
