2 Quadra have various lecterns across the range which covers classic rack or pedestal to the all NEW Academy Eco and Eco 360 All NEW Academy Eco with full 360 access! Available in single or double sized desks standard fixed height or height adjustable The range offers 3 internal packages to choose 2x adjustable shelves or fixed 16u rack strip or removable flat pack open rack frame The Academy has a steel frame chassis which has a 19 rack strip built in for rack mountable kit. If you want internal adjustable shelves we can insert a shelf sleeve. 13u or 16u high frames Height adjustable available Full 360 access Customisable The Academy and Academy Eco can be tailored to suit any requirement! The Academy Eco can be made to any height. We can make additional furniture to match the Academy Eco Lectern such as a projector stand for the rear of the room. All Manufactured in the UK!

3 CASE STUDY Custom room fit out Working alongside the University s AV Integration partner, Quadra started with a blank room and a requirement to provide a multi functioning meeting room. The room needed to support video conferencing and projector presentations and offer enough space for large meetings. After initial consultation the room was measured and designed in CAD to support all of these functions, this ensures the table is correctly sized for the room and can give you a true indication of how many chairs the space will support. 4 Alliance Collaboration range The Alliance range offers you a cost effective tabling solution which is available in a variety of sizes to fit all rooms and a variety of colours and finishes. 5 CASE STUDY Custom room and VC room fit out The University s requirement was for a full meeting room refresh with additional video conferencing room s. The main room needed to support video conferencing and an additional presentation screen and offer enough space for large meetings. After initial consultation the room was measured and designed in CAD to support all of these functions, this gave the client many options to choose from before committing to a finalised design. Video conferencing wall 4 screens, 3 cameras (first concept CAD design) Media wall and matching boardroom table Built in desk top AV points with discrete cable routing built in, also incorporates integrated av equipment rack Additional VC room Workzone desk unit with twin screens built in and VC cameras (Final design) Woodwork Installation in total for both rooms 8 days Project on time and to budget

6 Huddle Booths With the advent of open spaces, huddle rooms give a much needed quiet space where meetings and video conferencing can take place. 6 seat and 4 seat huddle booths, these are manufactured in wood and include a soft fabric seat base and back. Options include dry wipe panels and fabric lined walls. The Swainby rack cabinet will accept a Quadra 10u or 12u open rack frame (Supplied separately) The cabinet is lockable and incorporates vent grills. The control panel housing (CPH) can be cut to your AV panels size.

7 CASE STUDY Custom lecterns, desks and media rooms The University of Sheffield were updating their lecture theatres and meeting rooms with new AV kit and this lead to a requirement for new furniture. Quadra designed and manufactured Academy graduate AV lecterns which incorporated full access 360 degree 19 racking for the AV kit and PC s, matching built in control panel housing were also incorporated into the designs to allow for easy access and control. Over the years we have built up a long term relationship with the University and various AV Integrators, which has seen them standardise on the Quadra Academy graduate range of Lecterns. Due to our ongoing support the University has been able to adapt and update the products they have already purchased from us, leading to cost savings for new projects.

8 Piqo wall mounted AV rack panel Designed to be wall mounted behind your screen Designed to be wall mounted, these work well with screens 55 or larger. These can be used with wall brackets or our Piqo floor to wall stands. These can also fit onto a fixed shelf inside a standard cabinet for ease of small rack build and serviceability. Drop down The panel has a removable mesh plate for equipment. The tray can move in the vertical or horizontal, heavy duty pop & click mechanism. Removable rack tray via 4 bolts with gives greater security. Left or Right Powder coated satin black Manufactured in the UK. Dims approx.
