5 Our services 4 CUSTOMISED TRAINING Our training programs are customized according to the Client s needs and lay the accent on the development of professional knowledge and give the trainees in-depth understanding and practical competences necessary to safely and efficiently apply their knowledge in specific jobs. Designed for short and medium term, we offer the training in various shapes: Theoretical and on the job training (induction/ refresher/advanced), in the following fields: Engineering Maintenance Welding Harbour and offshore Upstream and downstream Safety Professional development (induction/refresher /advanced), laying the accent on personal development of joint competencies such as: communication, management, leadership, planning, etc. The audience is the specific personnel designated to ensure the operation and maintenance of the plants and equipment: graduated engineers, technicians, foremen and operators, with or without previous industrial experience in refineries, chemical and petrochemical plants. The trainees are provided with adequate training support and up-to date manuals. The assessment of performance, progress monitoring and evaluation of training effectiveness are systematically ensured.
